One of the best non-resort beaches. The sand is fine and white. The water is clean, the fish swim to your feet. It's shallow near the shore, deeper further. There are changing cabins, a toilet a little further in the forest. There are pine trees around, clean air.

A wonderful place to relax with family or company. The perfect white sand on the beach, there is a changing cabin, a volleyball net and a forest where you can set up a tent camp. In the season, there is a whole tent city here.

We were there a month ago, but the impressions are still terrible. Everything was ruined by the terribly loud screaming music from the speaker standing on the mountain. The most interesting thing is that everyone was silent, i.e. in my opinion, all the locals know this person and no one is trying to argue. The music was blaring all night. On weekends, even on Sunday, there were a lot of people, even traffic jams from cars. There are no toilets. The water is clean, the ducks are swimming.The entrance to the water from the shore is good, from the sides of the lake through the reeds. We're not going there anymore.

It's a great place. fine sand, clear water, pleasant terrain leave all the reservoirs in the area out of competition. There are changing rooms and toilets in two places on the lake. One location on the lake is fenced with buoys and is under the close supervision of rescuers, in this location I recommend swimming to those people who are on "you" with water because in this location it is quite shallow and because of this it is much more comfortable for not quite experienced swimmers).
There are many wonderful places around the lake where you can put up tents and set up camp for a comfortable overnight stay, a lot of people do this on weekends and at night there are sometimes night discos near the lake))))
I recommend Katashi Lake for a must-visit, regardless of the reasons for visiting the city of Brest and the surrounding area.

Among the advantages: it is beautiful, not far from the Olympic park, an ecologically clean area, small white sand, there are minimal sanitary conditions (garbage cans, changing cabins).
Of the minuses: I did not notice toilets and commercial outlets (water, ice cream, etc.), the coastal area is too small for children to swim due to the rather large slope (5m from the shore, even an adult is already with his head), the road to the lake and along the lake leaves much to be desired.
