I love this neighborhood, even though there are too many people here. A good public beach with several areas, including a night area. There are several cafes, a long walkway for walking, running, and a separate one for bicycles, roller skates, and scooters.
Umbrellas, sun beds, etc. need their own, only in a couple of paid zones they can be rented directly on the beach.
On the downside, as I said, there can be a lot of people, and jet skis bother with the roar of engines.

Why don't you ban smoking on the beach and allow it in a designated smoking area!

The beach is cool!!! The sand is gorgeous, there are shells, but this does not overshadow the emotions of entering the water, there are changing rooms and a toilet on the beach, lifeguards are always on site. Next to the changing room #3 there is a great cafe, the menu is in 3 languages (Arabic, English, Russian), the staff is responsive!!!!

A 5 km long running track starts from this beach, running along the shore and along the next beach, Kite Beach. There is also a bike path running parallel to it. This beach is not very comfortable for me, I have never rested there, I went further to Kite Beach.
It feels like a bus stop, there are a lot of people who constantly pass by. In windy weather, waves gather on this beach and surfers. Although in general it is a small shallow bay.

One of the best beaches in this emirate - we always come there, even in the terrible summer heat. Although it is uncomfortable to swim in such warm water in summer, there is not enough coolness - it is better to arrive before sunrise, as we did.
There is a night beach with bright lighting, but on a hot summer night the water seems hot.
We will not go any more in the summer without necessity - only in winter, or in spring, while the water is still cool.
