People come there to breathe the cool air and listen to nature. No need to try to generate income from every piece of the park.

Beach security appears out of nowhere when it's not needed... and it's NOT there when it's really needed. Hence the garbage... and broken glass... and so on... And so - the beach is good. The sand would still be updated...
