April 2025. Excellent urban paid beach. Family beach. Adult 10, children 5, sunbed 25 dirhams (we took 2 sun beds, an umbrella was included in the price)))). Towels are not given to the sunbed, you need to bring your own (in hotels they allow you to take beach towels with you). It was empty on weekdays (not like on Sadiyat) The sand is not quite loose, and children like to dig and build. There is drinking water on the beach - fountains. You can drink it or pour it into a bottle. We only found stalls on the beach for a snack. The prices in them are different. Only "fast" food. There are wooden decks with canopies and a lawn area with palm trees - someone was located there so as not to take a sunbed. There are playgrounds with canopies too. There are no waves even with the wind (there are on Sadiyat at the same time). There are showers, toilets - everything is nearby - the women's rooms were ideal. There are paths along the beach for strollers.

A well-equipped beach. I was in January - there are practically no people . Equipped with free changing rooms . There are showers and toilets , a separate entrance for people with disabilities , and small snack points . The views are amazing, there are no waves- the water is calm
