Personally, I really liked the hotel, the advantages are 1 next to the beach, the beach is the cleanest and calmest in Pattaya. 2 lots of greenery and a large area. 3 all Russians, no Chinese and Hindus. 4 very nice and clean swimming pool. 5 friendly and responsive staff 6 nearby shop, makashniki, massage. The disadvantages are monotonous breakfasts, but you will not stay hungry and there are rooms with old staff who work noisily.

My favorite hotel!!! A jungle among multi-storey condos and hotels! There are two huge pools with a Jacuzzi in each, a man-made small waterfall and a small lake with colorful fish. And although the hotel is far from new, it is very cozy and clean! It's about two minutes to the sea. Vongomat Beach. The only disadvantage of this hotel in my opinion is the breakfasts. The dining room is very small, there is no buffet, you need to order according to the menu, because of this there is confusion with orders, or you can wait and not get food, and this unfortunately happened. Therefore, it is better to take a hotel room without breakfast. Right at the entrance to the hotel there is a Toops store (formerly Fameli Mart), where you can buy everything for a hearty breakfast including delicious mustard coffee, the sellers will warm everything up there!

I'll start with the cons:
- it was not possible to contact the hotel to book a room. There was no response to messages, emails, booking requests through the website, and so on.
Positive:
Despite the fact that it was not possible to book a room in advance, we arrived anyway. We were immediately offered a choice of several rooms and bungalows.
We chose room 601 (De Luxe), which was a little more expensive than we would have liked. We had to haggle a little, and as a result, the price was slightly reduced, since we rented for a long time and paid in cash.Then the manager ordered us to be taken to an exchange.
The room is spacious, with a kitchen and a medium-sized refrigerator (in addition to a small one outside the kitchen), plenty of closets, a large balcony, a dryer, a bathtub and a shower. In general, the room has everything you might need for a long stay.
Room cleaning was always excellent.
The bungalows and deluxe buildings have a private pool, which was especially nice. There were always free deck chairs and umbrellas. There is a shower and a Jacuzzi. Tables and chairs.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but beautiful, lots of blooming greenery.
There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the tuk-tuk road.
There is a shop and makashnitsy near the hotel.
The sea is literally 5 minutes away, in a straight line across the street, but this is for those who like the sea in Pattaya. The beach is clean and well maintained. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the shore, have dinner with a beautiful view, or just spend time.

A great, low-rise, green hotel!The room has its own kitchen, kettle,two refrigerators, air conditioning.Shampoo, shower gel, and water are replenished daily.There are beach towels.The hotel has two swimming pools, family cabins, a coffee shop with good breakfasts.There is a tuk tuk from the hotel towards TERMINAL 21.

I didn't like the hotel. Among the advantages: a large swimming pool, spacious rooms, there is a small kitchen in the room, a Thai-style hotel building, good large parking, free shuttle service to shops, a few minutes to the sea.
Cons: ants in the room, everywhere, even if you didn't bring food with you. Ants in a suitcase, in a bed. There was no elevator, they settled on the 3rd floor, it was not comfortable with a stroller. A meager breakfast, omelette and scrambled eggs are brought cold, so they are not fried for you, but they bring what is already cooked. Even if you don't need it, sausages, ham, chicken are supposed to go with scrambled eggs. There is no slicing, only greens. Of the other hot dishes, there were only noodles.
There has never been hot water in 4 days, maybe it does not reach the 3rd floor.
The overall impression is not very good.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff, clean rooms, cool pools, near the Tops store, the beach is literally 3 min. walking distance, beautiful, all in flowers and greenery territory. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it. They were in July 2024.

Plumeria Resort is located in the Northern part of Pattaya. It is perfect for those who want a quiet holiday. It's quiet in the evenings, there's not as much noise as in the center. The hotel is not big, two buildings with three floors, two swimming pools, a lot of greenery on the territory. The staff is friendly and helpful. When checking in, we took into account our wishes and settled on the first floor instead of the third. Throughout the rest, if there were any questions, they helped. Even without knowing English, it is quite possible to explain and understand each other with the help of a translator. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are also not bad. Bed, TV, bedside tables, air conditioning, armchairs, table, hair dryer, safe, mirror. There is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle and dishes. A balcony with a table, chairs and handrails for drying clothes. There is a shop at the entrance to the hotel. The infrastructure of this area is developing and now, when leaving the hotel, there are makashnits where you can buy fish, shrimps, squid and many goodies. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. If you want to go to the center, then walk to the main street for 10 minutes, or a tuk-tuk goes from the hotel every hour that takes you to it. And then by tuk-tuk or on foot towards the center. And finally. We stayed at this hotel for the second time and did not regret it. Quiet, calm, excellent staff, everything is at hand and within walking distance. If we go again, we'll go to the Plumeria Resort.

I've been to Pattaya more than 10 times, but these are the best hotels I'm always trying to get to.The hotel is very popular and places are very often dismantled in it.It is located in the cleanest place, on the best beach in Pattaya. There are 7 elevens right outside the hotel. in the evening, they sell a lot of delicious food ...chicken, squid, shawarma vegetables and so on... Don't look at the fact that he's so plain.. but it's very cool there!!!the hotel has a large Green area with a pond. We stayed from December 22 for 12 nights. The hotel has a large territory, which is unusual for Wongamat beach. Lots of flowers, trees with fragrant flowers, bougainvilleas. We had a room with a balcony, pool view, on the 1st floor. Chipmunks were running in the morning. The pools are clean, two. In, each hydro massage. The bed linen is soft, as in 5-star hotels in the UAE)). It is convenient that there is a kitchenette (stove, 2 refrigerators, dishes). The cleaning is normal, breakfast is late, from 8 to 11, modest, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Hot dish (noodles with vegetables and herbs or rice, alternate), 2 types of fruits, vegetables and herbs, a choice of scrambled eggs, omelette, scramble with sausages, chicken. Strong coffee, tea, juices. There is a pond with colorful catfish and waterfalls near the restaurant. The hotel is quiet. The beach across the street is 3 minutes maximum
A tuk-tuk goes to the shopping center for free every hour. The staff is unobtrusive and friendly. In front of the hotel there are makashnits with shawarma, roti (pancakes with fruit), kebabs. There are massage parlors, the price tag decreases as you approach the food court (nearby, behind the Long Beach hotel). On the food court at modest prices, delicious Thai food and .. Russian (cutlets, herring, dumplings, mashed potatoes, etc.). Lots of fruits, whole and peeled, in a package. A 5-minute walk towards the Sentara hotel, an Italian restaurant with chic pizza, ice cream.

We had a rest in August 2024. The weather was excellent, there was no rain in the afternoon, the weather was 31-32, cloudy. I really liked the hotel. We booked a deluxe room with two beds, upon check-in we were given a room in building B on the 2nd floor with one large bed and brought a cot for a child - we refused this room and were changed to a room with two beds. The child had a doctor on the day of check-in - they congratulated him with a cake, it was very nice)). They cleaned well, towels were changed every day, the bed was changed in the middle of the rest (on the 5th day). Of course, there were no breakfasts, we took porridge with us and alternated breakfasts in the canteen with our own. It's 3 minutes to the sea, the tide was out in the morning, we swam in the pool. The pool is clean, the Jacuzzi is cool. The rest was spoiled only by a certain Anastasia, who comes to the hotel and offers excursions. We went to the zoo from her perfectly, but she knocked us over with the water park, so be careful!

Great hotel, there are two pools, cleaning every day. Friendly staff. The beach is 7 minutes from the hotel. Nearby there are shops, a massage parlor, pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the exchanger.
If you like a hotel (seal) vacation, then definitely you are here. If you need bars, entertainment, nightlife in Thailand, then there is nothing like that nearby.

We had a rest this summer. Everything is fine. Not delicious, but normal.
Of the advantages
- the real wooden furniture in the room, though old, is still alive.
- convenient location and availability of a hotel tuk-tuk to the central road
-normal swimming pools and not a large, but green area
- there are very few people in the summer and almost all of them are from Russia
- within walking distance of groceries, fruits, massage, burger
Of the minuses
- it's close to the sea (5 minutes), but it's not the cleanest road to go
- the breakfasts are meager, but there were no questions about the quality
- room cleaning for the average
- there are no Russian speakers at the reception, but Thais are trying through an interpreter
In general, I recommend it for an unassuming rest in silence and without fuss.

I didn't like the hotel very much
You can read the pros above, we also fell for them, we thought they were insignificant, but they really affect a lot
1) 4-5 times the hot water disappeared (you need to go to the reception and ask to set it up)
2) breakfast is a horror in the truest sense, at first It seemed like an egg and both, in fact, for 14 days I've been sick of this food, the same thing every day (there are no cereals, no porridge, no yogurt or something alternative)
3) the cleaning is poor, the floors are constantly dirty, the sink is not washed, etc., only towels and sometimes bed linen are changed, usually it is just filled tightly and ironed
4) the pool has become dirty, I don't know how many times it is cleaned a month, but you swim in the Jacuzzi and everything is in the sand
5) the hotel is not worth living for such money, the kitchen has never been used all the time, the repairman himself has already been killed, it is not very pleasant
I do not recommend the hotel, only if the price is much cheaper, we were in other hotels, this is not the best option

A huge advantage of this hotel, in my opinion, is the presence of a kitchen in the room, because Thai cuisine is good for the first week, but after that we want something more familiar, so we go (absolutely not far) to the shopping center, buy fresh food and cook ourselves what we are used to. Beautiful clean pools, green area and walking distance to Vongamat beach. Breakfasts are not a fountain, but you will definitely not stay hungry. There are two Tops Daily stores nearby. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. Change of bed linen and towels. We had a great two weeks.

In September 2023, we visited this hotel. The territory is huge, we haven't bypassed it all, there are two pools full of space. The rooms are large, there is everything you need, even a kitchen and a microwave, so there are two refrigerators in the room. There are chairs on the balcony. The beach is 5 minutes away without hurrying. The beach is wonderful. Every hour he walks in his tuk-tuk from the hotel to the main road, then you can take a tuk-tuk to get to the center, or walk to terminal 21. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. One was a small minus, we lived on the second floor just where the waterfall is located, they are fish in the pond. And so they turn on this waterfall very early in the morning. It feels like there is a heavy downpour, although the door to the balcony is naturally closed. They promised not to turn it on, but alas, the next day there was noise again. It didn't bother me much. In general, we are going there again, wait for us plumeria!! The staff is nice and helpful!!

Plumeria resort is a very nice hotel in PATTAYA. The sea is about 300 meters away, and the busy streets are 15 minutes away. To the center - by Tuk-Tuk - 15-20 minutes. I'm writing a review while my impressions are fresh! A nice old hotel among the skyscrapers! Two excellent pools that are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The hotel is located 200 meters from Vongamat Beach. Almost every hour, guests can be taken from the hotel to the main street of Nakla. The rooms are large, with enough furniture, where it is easy to place all your belongings on the first day of arrival. Each room has a separate kitchen with a fridge, kettle, single-burner tiles and a set of dishes for 3 people. There is a pot and a frying pan for cooking. Even a hood is provided. The room is also equipped with a mini fridge and a modern TV with 3 Russian channels. There is always soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The room is cleaned daily. Beach towels are changed in the room. The Tops minimarket is located near the hotel. This is a retail chain that has almost supplanted Family mart. Not far from the hotel there are makashnitsy and 7/11 and a small Tesco Lotus. Among the disadvantages, I would like to mention a very noisy air conditioner and mosquitoes. Therefore, be sure to buy a fumigator in the room and remedies for local mosquitoes.

A magnificent hotel. With the rooms completely packed, it feels like the hotel is empty! At lunch and in the evening, the sun loungers by the pool are always free. Plus two pools!
