Should not go the restaurant.
We ordered 800gram lamb meat “Kuurdak” then they served huge femur bone and over fried small and hard meat.
Very much difference with picture.
And most sad issue was every employee was take dinner and watch us and lough and talk.
It was terrible experience that's ever in Uzbekistan.
They should shame it.
We stopped for a snack on 03.01.2025, hoping to try the delicious local pilaf. We ordered three servings, manti and samsa, tea and beer. There was very little meat in the dishes, mostly fat and veins. We asked to change the pilaf, the waiter replied that it was leftovers (!), so there was more fat, although the portions of pilaf that were served after us at the neighboring tables looked better when filled with meat. After my husband got a bug in his pilaf (!), I didn't feel like eating at all. The hostess, or the manager, of the establishment apologized and agreed that we would only pay for the beer.
