I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and there was 1 person in front of me who was being designed. She stood and waited in silence. 1 minute before closing, the girl says that she will not be able to print even 1 sheet for me, because they are already closed. What is the problem with printing 1 sheet that is already in the mail? Why couldn't you have said right away that you wouldn't have time to print it out, so that I wouldn't wait?

I'll describe the situation. And actually the reason why they don't set foot in this center anymore. I needed to print the layout, a trial one. We started to implement it completely without focusing on the price. They didn't say how much it would cost in total. As a result, for one layout, which was considered to be the price of a business card, the price went crazy.
Please provide your customers with the total amount and how much it costs. Unfortunately, there is no customer orientation.

I was very unhappy! A4 color printing sheet costs 1.90 rubles!!! I needed it urgently otherwise I wouldn't have contacted, by the way, a few days before I printed for 70 kopecks, and a friend for 60 kopecks in her neighborhood. Wow, there's such a difference! Don't believe those who talk about budget)! As for the maintenance, when I came home I found that when printing the file, it was pulled off the USB stick so that there was no trace of it, it's good that the copy was preserved. TIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!

The service is worse than ever! I needed a sticker, they sent me to look in a box, the girl didn't even get up to show the box. I found the sticker myself, but it turned out to be not a sticker, but just a color picture printed on thick paper! I couldn't find the adhesive layer myself, the girl refused to help, citing the lack of nail length. I understand that selling a sticker is not a very big benefit, but this way you lose customers who could potentially place a large order, but will not do it.
