A good playground, there is a large wild parking lot nearby, which is sometimes used for classes by visiting motorists. You can negotiate with the instructors, but it is better to arrive early in the morning, in the evening (there is no lighting) or on weekends, when there are fewer students, you will not bother anyone and bother their eyes.
Some repairs to the site are still required, but not yet critical.
You can work out all the main exercises, there are several overpasses (small and large).
You will have to go through the private sector, since repairs have recently been carried out on the road - instead of holes and potholes, good asphalt now flaunts.

At the moment, you can stop by this site and practice performing the elements of driving. At least, the instructors did not come out of the driving school cars and did not say that ordinary people could not train here. It is preferable to go there after 21:00 - the chance of meeting another "trainee" is minimal.
In general, the site is equipped with everything necessary: overpasses, diagonal and box parking. There is even a toilet.
