I gave a rating of 5/5, as the infrastructure has noticeably improved in recent years. They put more benches and made a more tidy and well-groomed Area in general) There are also many new stores.

There is a lot of traffic around the ring, the square itself is a small park area with benches and a monument, a lot of pedestrians, since the Kirov police department, passport office, many shops, a mining college are located nearby, there is practically no place to park
