A good area, but there is a great lack of a full-fledged shopping center and a sports and entertainment type, Mandarin, it's a pity that the cinema was never restored. Transport links are excellent, only trolleybus 51 is not enough, it used to be convenient and very annoying to constantly move cars along footpaths to carry out loading and unloading operations at local shops.

It's a good street, and buses often arrive empty at the bus stop, which is very encouraging. It's clean, there aren't many people every day, so it's good)

The square is getting prettier and more well-groomed every year. The digital display boards for transport are pleasing. Infrastructure is slowly developing within walking distance. Great place!
