A pleasant hotel with a good location. Friendly staff. I really like the stylistic solution of the interiors. Good breakfasts. Excellent value for money. We always check in guests at this hotel.

I put 4* on credit. It feels like 3 points and definitely not a 4-star hotel!
+ overall clean and friendly
+ the bathroom is good
+ sound insulation in the room is normal
+ good breakfasts, but monotonous. You will feel it if you stay here for more than 2 nights
+ nice bar on the 2nd floor
- view from the window of a house under construction((
- the location is rather unsuccessful - there is a construction site and five-storey buildings around, the river is ugly - all in concrete and with thresholds, it looks more like a canal
- there is a SPA center with a sauna in the description of the hotel, but it does not work and you will only find out about it on the spot
- it's a long way to the center, where it's quite cozy
- old tired furniture and primitive materials
- cheap
- the refrigerator for drinks almost does not cool, but it buzzes like an airplane on takeoff
- the room is very stuffy in winter, the batteries are fried and not regulated, the window cannot be opened because of the noise from the road
- there are strange staff at the reception, gloomy and unfriendly, but there are no complaints about their work
