A new neighborhood, good playgrounds, including children's and playgrounds, there would be a desire, very good and developing infrastructure, shopping centers, educational and general education institutions, 3 DS, 2 schools (one will have a swimming pool), a college, one of the cleanest and most pollution-free places in the city.
