Attentive staff, pleasant and attentive people at the reception.the territory is very beautiful , well-groomed , a lot of photo zones , gazebos fountain ,peacocks walk around the territory ,the dining room is clean, does not stink , the waiters are polite, the food is decent the menu changes every day, one small minus the rooms are not cleaned very much, if you say so. And so in general, I really liked the honey massage,salt room,paraffin,phyto teas, everything is included in the price, there is also a large swimming pool, swimming there is separate men before lunch, women after.all the sights are nearby, if it is convenient to go on your car at all, there is a cable car, a sher bulag , a glass bridge, a thousand-year-old spruce, a national park, although now there are repairs and demolition of ugly buildings that did not change their appearance for the better. And I recommend it, the beauty of the mountains and clean air will leave only good memories of the Zoo.

I really liked the holiday home. Swimming pool, sauna, salt cave, massage, paraffin wraps. Beautiful view from the window. The rooms are nice, TV with all channels, shower. Mountain water was poured from the tap, keygut tea was brewed, and we bought it from local sellers. There are usually three salads for lunch, the first and the second. They cook very tasty and are fed like for slaughter, you definitely won't lose extra weight. After 4 hours of walking at minus 10 on the cable car and the glass bridge, I do not want to eat at all. Friendly staff, quick to respond to all needs. One disadvantage is that there is no charging for the train. We took a 300 m extension cord with us and charged it for 18 hours, the voltage seems to be slightly lower than 220. Everything else is perfect. Clean, beautiful and fresh air!

Beautiful landscape design. Everything is clean and tidy on the street. There are urns at every step that are being monitored.
Beautiful dining room (restaurant). They feed at home, I can't say that you can eat from the belly, and eat your fingers because it's very tasty. But to maintain strength, it is quite enough. The absence of restaurant chic completely replaces the surrounding nature and the divine air. Although, if someone has come to eat, you can order dishes to your taste for a fee.
Of the cons: as I wrote above, the building itself and the idea are excellent. It is clear that not a little money has been invested, but the care of all these investments inside the hotel leaves much to be desired. Dirty windows, a lot of flowers, but they are not well cared for.
The maids, if I may say so, work extremely poorly.
For example, when I checked into the room, I found that the bed linen had been left to me from previous guests. Which, in my opinion, is generally unacceptable. Dust, dirty refrigerator, very weak water pressure in the shower. But, at the first request, the staff corrects everything without words.
In general, the nature, the air, and the weather were very pleasant. And the organizers from the company "All-terrain Vehicles" were running around with us like a chicken with an egg))).
I would like to mention the various figures separately. I was very amused by the business bull)))

It's the 21st century, they still write everything down in pencil on a piece of paper.Space prices, for a day for two it costs 1.3 million soums. I paid 500 thousand soums for a higher-level hotel in Abu Dhabi. And here there is a solid collective farm and they charge such money. My advice is not to come here, you risk staying in the woods at night.

A great place right in the middle of the mountains, clean air, a beautiful and cozy hotel! But the serving staff is zero, the food is normal, the waiters need to be prepared, since they do not know how to serve the staff at all. We hadn't sat down for lunch yet, and they had already brought food, when we sat down, lunch was cold. The portions are very small. And I think people should be seated in groups of 4, not in a camp. It's not comfortable eating with people you don't know.

The territory of the hotel itself is not large, there are swings, sculptures, but there is nothing much to do on the territory itself.
The general recommendation is that it makes sense to go, the pool will brighten up the evenings, you need to go on excursions in the afternoon.
