My favorite climbing wall in Belarus. The staff are highly qualified and very friendly people. There is a friendly atmosphere at training at any time. The routes are interesting and are updated frequently. There is a shower. There are drinks and various sports food at the reception. I definitely recommend it!

The climbing wall itself is very interesting. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. The son was there and he really liked it. So much so that he wanted to spend his birthday there. And that's where it started....
I called the employee who deals with the holidays, discussed everything in detail and she promised to call back with clarifications during the day. A working week has passed-nothing. I think, well, you never know what, I'll go myself. I'm coming, the sweet receptionist listened to everything, wrote down the phone number and said that the organizer would call back during the working day ... the working week passed again and silence again.
Of course, if my son hadn't wanted to go there so much, I would have stopped trying to spend my money in this place. But....
To be honest, I am extremely surprised by this attitude towards the client. I want to believe that this is a problem with the organizer of the holidays, and not with the entire staff.

Convenient location. Good atmosphere inside. But I don't like the free drive of dogs. I am a dog lover myself and I really love dog-friendly places, but I think that in these establishments dogs should not interfere with others. Some bark, some just walk around without a leash. muzzle, and as a result, children can get through to the dog, which, of course, cannot be done, because this is an animal and it is not worth annoying it. These dogs also climb up to the waiting parents, they can brazenly beg for food.

The warehouse itself is excellent, but the instructor Alexey, who needs to go through the briefing himself and improve his pedagogical level, since the weekend evening was ruined, made a lot of remarks to the children, reproached this four and six-year-old children, until I had to intervene and make a remark (not physical) to the instructor himself.... A sad experience.

Great climbing wall! Friendly atmosphere. I came for the first time, I thought that climbing was difficult. But the instructors, apparently professionals in their field, explained and showed everything clearly. In general, only positive emotions remained :)

The administrator is always on the phone and either hears poorly or ignores, but the coaches and the community are so good that they eliminate this disadvantage. If someone has an allergy or a phobia of dogs, be careful, the local dog just walks around the hall.
The trails are interesting and varied. The leads are in very good condition. Rental equipment is not killed.
