I was with my wife for two weeks, everything is included. This is a great hotel. And the tours are great. I recommend excursions to Kantoy Island (you can't get there otherwise), Shelkha Park, Kukulkan pyramids, Chichenitsa

A first-class hotel for an unforgettable stay! I would have come back here again! There are no complaints at all. Excellent restaurants on site, the beach, as well as the opportunity to visit all other hotels of this group nearby with all the infrastructure.
