We had a rest from June 14th to 19th. We booked it in advance. A 2-bed room on the 1st floor with a balcony, in fact on the 2nd, since the 1st floor has a large kitchen and a shop. The balcony overlooks a blooming green front garden, the room is wonderful, everything is available, cleanliness, water around the clock. Near the market, shops. The sea is 10 minutes away . We talked with other vacationers, they have been coming to this city for many years. Many thanks to Larisa. Prosperity to the Sycamore.

Excellent location: in the center near the sights, Cypress Alley. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. The room is spacious: 4-5 beds. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, a good bathroom. The kitchen is shared on the ground floor, it has tables / chairs, refrigerators, two sinks, necessary utensils. In general, the guest house rooms are not expensive, but Wi-Fi almost does not catch on the 2nd and 3rd floor because the router is located at the far end of the corridor. There are a lot of insects on the 1st floor, 1 room is decent, but the rooms next to it are just terrible, the electric kettle is all broken and makes incomprehensible sounds, and on the 1st floor Wi-Fi works well.

A great living room house. We had a rest in August 2023. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, a refrigerator and a split system. We lived in a double room. Thanks to the hostess Larisa for the hospitality. I liked everything very much. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach along a chic cypress alley. The beach is clean and pebbly. Next year, only in Sycamore.

We have been vacationing with Larisa for several years now. We book a room earlier in the winter period because we do not consider other options: Clean, spacious rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, with all amenities and bath accessories and free Wi-Fi. Also in the rooms there is a kettle, a hairdryer, which is not a little important for women!!!!
On the ground floor of the guest house there is a very large clean kitchen, furnished with built-in appliances and cutlery: starting with forks ending with cauldrons.
Bed linen is changed more often upon request.
There is an ironing board with an iron on each floor.
On request, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine.
The guest house is located in the center of Pitsunda with convenient access and parking.
In one of the reviews left by a certain guest, it was written that money was being stolen, this person who had lost money was me. The money was found. It is very sad that everyone was disturbed and the situation was made public without checking all the circumstances.
We have been vacationing at Larisa's for the sixth year and will continue to come here.

The hotel is located in the city center, next to the market. A friendly, friendly hostess. A large room that had everything you needed to relax. On the ground floor there is a dining room for self-cooking, opposite there is a gazebo for gatherings. Very cool! Larisa, thank you very much for the rest!

1. They steal money/ there are no surveillance cameras.
2. They enter rooms without asking while you are away.
3.The air conditioner stinks and is not serviced
4.The refrigerator is noisy, small, but working
5. Terrible Steep stairs on the second floor, which is very dangerous with children or after a couple of glasses of wine
6. They ask you to take out the trash at check-out))
7. The rooms are not cleaned

There is no washing machine, or you need to pay for it when the hostess is at home and can wash according to her mood in an old zero machine in a closed room, only she has access to it.That is, you look for her all day, hand over your things, go to the beach in the afternoon and come back in the evening and pick up the things that she took out to you in a basin (wet and damp with a smell while you walk and there is no time to wait for washing.
9.The shared kitchen is clean but it also stinks
We rented accommodation in this hotel, hostel. I don't know how they position themselves.
Firstly, money was stolen in the next room, which the hostess informed us about and tried to accuse.
Secondly, the hostess comes to your room whenever she wants, while you are away.
I took the remote control from the air conditioner and that's how we realized that someone had entered the room.
It's +33 degrees outside. We turned on and left the air conditioner turned off with a covered window. It made her angry.
She probably came in to check if we stole the money, and maybe she was rummaging through her pockets, who knows.
She said that the maid came in, although no one had cleaned once in a week.
At check-out, it forces you to take out the trash, Although cleaning and maid service are included in the rental price.
There is no washing, if it is necessary to wash, then they charge for it. In our case, they did not take payment and even treated us with powder))
One washing machine from the 2000s that barely erases.
Upon departure, they reproached us for the fact that the laundry turns out to be paid, but we received it once for free all this time))
The air conditioner is out of service/ stinks so it is impossible to turn it on and stay in the room at the same time.
Zero service, zero friendliness, courtesy and hospitality.

On August 1-12, 2022, we had a family vacation, booked in advance. The rooms are equipped with everything you need - a large good TV, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Cold and hot water around the clock with good pressure! On the ground floor there is a nice spacious kitchen for those who want to cook on their own, which is equipped with everything necessary. Convenient location near the market, transport stops. The hostess is very neat, hospitable and attentive to guests. We liked it! We recommend it!
