For the first time in my life, I came across an expression of absolute indifference and complete indifference, humanity will not be discussed at all in this review.
The situation is as follows: on behalf of his wife, he had to go to this particular pharmacy chain "Planet of Health", which is located in the Zodiac Shopping Center in Novopolotsk, and as it happens with every busy, and not very busy, person, absent-mindedly, left his phone charging at home and found it already in The mall.
Rightly believing that all people are sisters and brothers and everyone should help each other, I turned to the pharmacist
Berezhkova Maria Eduardovna with a simple request for help, note, not with a demand, but with a request, to dial her free viber messenger to my wife, so that she could either reset the picture to her, or dictate to her what I need to buy in this, like a pharmacy, like a point of sale, to which I received a cold dot refusal. I asked quite calmly, being in utter perplexity: "Are you serious, why? What will it cost you, other than getting additional turnover for your pharmacy?", she also coldly, emotionlessly replied that she should not and is not obliged to provide her personal phone to anyone. Of course it shouldn't, and there was no question of debt obligations, it was only about a deep disease of indifference and utter disregard for such a deeply moral quality as humanity. We, Belarusians, have such a wonderful word as "dabrazychlivac", so let's continue to follow it - to wish good and give good. But in fact, she could dial my city number from the company's landline phone and ask my wife what she asked me to do, laugh at my absent-mindedness together, increase her turnover, receive customer gratitude and positive feedback for herself, her company, her pharmacy, where, as it turns out, she is still the head (which only aggravates her strange, incomprehensible behavior to a normal, well-mannered person). But she chose to leave a huge reputational stain on the image of the health company, in which she still works, with a categorical "no". I will not say what kind of turnover our family provided to the network of these pharmacies only on L'herbalario products, and other medicines, I hope other pharmacies and pharmacists of this network are more grateful and disposed to their customers. And it seems to me that such "pharmacists" as Berezhkova Maria Eduardovna should be exempted from the obligation of professions related to charity.
