We would like to express our deep gratitude to the clinic staff. Real professionals work here. This is not the first time we have come here with the cats Nyurka, Taska and little Nyushka. And we always get qualified help. They always help us remotely, because we are located 100 km away. Thank you very much!!!
I am immensely grateful to the clinic staff
They have shown themselves to be very good people and highly qualified professionals, ready to show empathy, understanding and kindness even in the most difficult situation.
Thanks again
The parents turned to this clinic on 02/14/2025 with a dog (on 02/10/2025 the dog swallowed a ball, the parents thought it would come out naturally, but it did not happen) we had an ultrasound without sedation (anesthesia), they said they would operate in two hours on the same day and told us to go home, "so as not to bother our eyes," as if explaining that they did not like waiting and worrying in their clinic. The parents went home for those two hours, very worried because the dog can't stay alone with strangers, but they thought they would help her there! As a result, for some reason they do sedation in order to do just an ultrasound and not perform surgery. As the doctor explained to my daughter, there is a violation of intestinal motility and we will not do anything about it "guided by the interests of the dog," but tomorrow we need to have an ultrasound again) Yes, I will agree to an ultrasound, there will be no foreign object visible, just a snapshot, but intestinal obstruction, yes, it is visible of course! The question is, why not send a picture if you are not confident in your skills (how can you not see an intestinal obstruction?)and keep the dog for two hours and tell him to come tomorrow? The answer is clear, in order to earn more money, but what happens to your dog is already your difficulties, we will not get anything for it.I tried to talk, but no one really explained anything to me, there was negativity and irritation on his part (a very short-tempered doctor, even had a mate)I just said that I have a medical degree, most likely I didn't like it, because of course I won't be silent if I understand that something is wrong. At home, I see that the dog has nervous tics, jaws and ears, we no longer began to deal with this clinic because it was useless and we were thinking how to save the doggie, the day was already lost.02/15/2025 it's a pity that we didn't get to her right away, she said the dog had an obstruction, did the tests, of course they were bad, because he also had acute pancreatitis, and the operation was performed on the same day, now the dog is healthy, draw conclusions where you give your four-legged family member!
