There is no respect and friendliness to customers, tips and help in choosing a bouquet, the service and staff are terrible, they left the store very dissatisfied and without a bouquet.

We sent several photos, I liked 1 of them, but I decided to order an option from the site a little more expensive, but more beautiful. I dropped them a photo from the site, asked if I could make one. They replied that yes, while maintaining the style and color palette, but replacing some flowers. Remembering previous experience, I asked which flowers would be replaced, looked at the names of each on the Internet and saw that the replacement practically did not differ from the original in the photo. I paid for it right away. Bouquet of 100 rubles. I warned them to send a photo immediately when they were ready, so that if they suddenly corrected something. The order was placed at 11 am, delivery from 16 to 18 hours. At 15.01, they send a photo of the finished bouquet, I immediately write that it is not like that at all, and you need to change it at least to the one that was available. I was also confused that even in their photos the flowers looked, to put it mildly, not very fresh (it's still in the store). To which I get the answer that the bouquet is already at the courier (less than 5 minutes have passed since receiving the photo). They assure that the bouquet, although it turned out not quite like that, is still very delicate and the recipient will definitely like it.
After delivery, I call my wife in the hope of hearing a joyful and contented voice, and as a result, a voice with resentment and tears. She said that the flowers were in terrible condition and were unlikely to last even a couple of days, and she didn't even want to take them home (the delivery was to work). Despite the fact that she is always happy even with a small bouquet of a couple of flowers picked in the field, or bought from grandmothers on the street for 3-5 rubles.
Having expressed his indignation to the store, he received a standard response: "A rose is an unpredictable flower, a draft, temperature, etc. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable." My husband ordered home delivery of a large bouquet of roses (it cost more than 100 rubles), but the drying flowers were brought on time (and with a broken rose that was just hanging).
I stood for 3 days, and by the 3rd day there were no more than 5-7 roses left in the bouquet (because every day I threw out the already dried ones).
