I bought flowers yesterday. During the night in a cool room without drafts, fresh, according to the seller, the flowers fell into disrepair, the photo is attached. They refused to return the money for low-quality goods. The excuses are typical - the storage conditions are violated. Apparently, these flowers can only be stored in the store's refrigerators. I tried to resolve the issue peacefully, I returned the flowers for the first time, it was very unpleasant that the goods turned out to be so substandard, congratulations failed, but the head hid from my calls behind the backs of subordinates, she never got in touch.

We always buy flowers here when we come to visit from Minsk. Bouquets make wonderful, we always choose the flowers ourselves, so we choose fresh ones. But the communication of the staff leaves much to be desired. We stopped by for another bouquet and the seller, instead of consulting, just started being rude and communicating completely unfriendly. Then she offered to choose flowers, began to give those that were no longer quite fresh, I began to choose fresher flowers myself, after which they ran over me and said that I had no right to do this. After such a "pleasant" relationship, I just wanted to leave the store, if we were not my husband, then I would have done so. It is not the first time that I use the services of ordering a bouquet remotely (since I live far away) to congratulate my relatives on the holidays. Instead of suggesting how the assembled bouquet will look better and more beautiful in person, sellers do not pay attention to the buyer from the word at all. There is no respect and friendliness to customers, tips and help in choosing a bouquet, the service and staff are terrible, they left the store very dissatisfied and without a bouquet.

I'm just shocked how you could sell a faded bouquet of roses for 90p and also on February 14th. The guy decided to give me a Valentine's Day gift, but when I saw this horror, the mood was spoiled. The guy does not understand flowers, ordered in advance, said to collect a beautiful bouquet, did not consider the order upon receipt. The roses were limp, the leaves were dry, and the packaging was also a disgusting mustard color. Today is February 15th and I just threw them away (I threw 90p away). In a good way, I should have come to you, made a scandal and returned my money!
I understand flowers and understand how a fresh bouquet of roses should look, and even here everything is visible to the naked eye.
Your "Florist" does not deserve this title. The last time we bought flowers from you!

A bouquet was sent on my birthday. My husband ordered it. The quality is terrible!! Flowers are literally rotten. The leaves are falling off. Fortunately, I took photos and videos of everything. And I recorded a conversation with the administrator on a dictaphone. Half a day of the holiday was spent in nerves!! I do not recommend anyone to buy here!

I ordered the delivery of a bouquet to my wife 02.05.23
First, I asked for photos of bouquets in stock, since when ordering last time through the site, they brought even a bouquet that did not look like the photo on the site. We sent several photos, I liked 1 of them, but I decided to order an option from the site a little more expensive, but more beautiful. I dropped them a photo from the site, asked if I could make one. They replied that yes, while maintaining the style and color palette, but replacing some flowers. Remembering previous experience, I asked which flowers would be replaced, looked at the names of each on the Internet and saw that the replacement practically did not differ from the original in the photo. I paid for it right away. Bouquet of 100 rubles. I warned them to send a photo immediately when they were ready, so that if they suddenly corrected something. The order was placed at 11 am, delivery from 16 to 18 hours. At 15.01, they send a photo of the finished bouquet, I immediately write that it is not like that at all, and you need to change it at least to the one that was available. I was also confused that even in their photos the flowers looked, to put it mildly, not very fresh (it's still in the store). To which I get the answer that the bouquet is already at the courier (less than 5 minutes have passed since receiving the photo). They assure that the bouquet, although it turned out not quite like that, is still very delicate and the recipient will definitely like it.
After delivery, I call my wife in the hope of hearing a joyful and contented voice, and as a result, a voice with resentment and tears. She said that the flowers were in terrible condition and were unlikely to last even a couple of days, and she didn't even want to take them home (the delivery was to work). Despite the fact that she is always happy even with a small bouquet of a couple of flowers picked in the field, or bought from grandmothers on the street for 3-5 rubles.
Having expressed his indignation to the store, he received a standard response: "A rose is an unpredictable flower, a draft, temperature, etc. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable." And I didn't even ask about the refund. So this is already a prepared message that is being sent to many people, I think.

Disgusting attitude towards customers! They are sniffing through delivery, to put it mildly, "not a fresh product"! My husband ordered home delivery of a large bouquet of roses (it cost more than 100 rubles), but the drying flowers were brought on time (and with a broken rose that was just hanging).
I stood for 3 days, and by the 3rd day there were no more than 5-7 roses left in the bouquet (because every day I threw out the already dried ones).
The good thing would be to return the low-quality goods, but the holiday and all that.... That's what it's designed for
