I bought flowers yesterday. During the night in a cool room without drafts, fresh, according to the seller, the flowers fell into disrepair, the photo is attached. They refused to return the money for low-quality goods. The excuses are typical - the storage conditions are violated. Apparently, these flowers can only be stored in the store's refrigerators. I tried to resolve the issue peacefully, I returned the flowers for the first time, it was very unpleasant that the goods turned out to be so substandard, congratulations failed, but the head hid from my calls behind the backs of subordinates, she never got in touch.

It's only morning, and for some reason the sellers are unhappy that we are distracting them. Two bouquets of 100 rubles each.. It was said that we haven't had time to knit bouquets since 8 o'clock. No smiles, no interest, just "welcome to the scoop." The bouquets turned out to be excellent - the craftsmanship is at a high level.. At the same time, the mood is spoiled..
