I will not write about the quality of the dishes, since I am not a fan of such food, I will write about the attitude towards the client. We celebrated a birthday in this institution, when paying the bill, the Guest of Honor tried to use the application, but the application was not accepted in the calculation, they told about some other platform and said that they needed to reinstall or re-register. But, why couldn't I have been notified about this in advance through an application that I have been using for many years, why can't bonuses be transferred? Moreover, they ordered a table in advance by phone and asked to reserve a certain one, they said on the phone that there was no problem, but when they arrived, this particular table was occupied, and they told us that we did not reserve specific tables, occupy any other, the restaurant was half empty. The attitude towards the customer is negligent, as is the attitude towards the reputation of the restaurant chain. I do not recommend it!
We made an order for self-delivery. We cooked it quickly, well done. And as I understand it, they gave a discount for pickup. The place is good, I recommend it.

Amazing "Planet Sushi", cozy rooms, there is a well-equipped toilet, warm, comfortable, a bell at the door, a detailed menu of dishes in Russian, a Japanese-style kitchen, salmon rolls and sushi half-rolls at an affordable price, a pleasant interior, a fragment of decorative brickwork, clean, neat, helpful and polite waitresses and administrators baristas, hardworking chefs, an incredibly rich selection of alcoholic beverages, a carefully selected music playlist, reliable fashionable furniture, carpets, the best place for quiet intimate conversations.
The cafe-bar is open from 12.00 to 24.00, located next to the Europa Hotel and the State Conservatory, the Town Hall, the sculpture of Vladimir Zhbanov "horse and carriage" and the Catholic Church, in the very center of Minsk. I strongly recommend everyone to visit the Japanese restaurant "Planet Sushi"!

We celebrated a holiday with my wife. After the visit, I had very good impressions of both the kitchen and communication with the staff. I booked a table in advance without any problems, the waiter was very attentive and helpful. Excellent unobtrusive music, pleasant atmosphere, fresh and delicate rolls. I will be happy to visit this place again.

The restaurant has been operating for a very long time, but logistics and processes, unfortunately, are completely disrupted, it is strange that they have not learned how to work with the flow of people. We had to leave. Unfortunately, the waiters did not work out the negative with the guests

We were in the restaurant for the first time. The dishes are amazing, I really liked them. But it was a little confusing that I had to ask for soy sauce, as it seemed to be served everywhere by default, just like ginger or wasabi.
But no, later we decided to make a delivery from the same restaurant, as the rolls and sushi were really delicious, the sushi was made well, closely reminded us of the real ones made in Japan.
Having ordered food late in the evening, they brought us everything, of course, except soy sauce. The evening was ruined, as I did not want to eat sushi in dry water.
I would like soy sauce to appear when ordering (wasabi and ginger are placed in the delivery without a separate payment).
And if you don't want to put soy sauce in the kit with the rest, then at least write about it when ordering. It would seem that such a trifle that can definitely be fixed. And the impression is completely different.
It's a strange place, to put it mildly ... We decided to order takeaway sushi with delivery for the family, sat with the child choosing sets for a lot of time! As a result, after placing an order on the institution's website, a call sounded, where I was advised in an order form to CANCEL the order because they suddenly do not work with cash and cards today and payment is possible only online or in NO other way?! Why then are all forms of payment offered on the institution's website?! In a word—a mess! For many years my family visited this institution, now we are no longer going there from the word AT ALL!!! I do not recommend it!!!

A great place in the very center of Minsk. Very high level of service. Everything is fast, tasty and unusual. We tried Asian cuisine for the first time in this restaurant and received extremely positive emotions. I recently visited the Sushi bar "Planet Sushi" and was completely delighted with the level of service and the quality of the dishes! I would especially like to mention the work of waitress Anastasia - her attentive and professional service made our evening really special. Such an assessment is only for politeness, the food leaves much to be desired.... We took a set of "NIKEY", half of the set was not eaten. The rice is very small, the rolls are small. Half of the rolls were thickly doused with sauce, under which they floated and lost their natural taste. Decoration in the form of green onions stuck to the rolls and the combination is not suitable for rolls at all. In total, it was even visually visible that the 1kg set did not match.
We could not evaluate the dishes and the menu. At the entrance, we were warned that it takes more than 1.5 hours to wait for the start of service. The reasons were not explained. Only 2 tables were occupied. They went to look for another place.

I was on Sunday, August 04 at the planet sushi restaurant, although I would call it a low-trial eatery, ordered a roll in which I found a hair, it is not surprising because the sushi man works with food without a hat, it is surprising that NO reaction from the managers followed
It is worth coming here only with trusted people, because during the waiting time immature couples can not only fall in love and get married even more, but also quarrel and even divorce.
The wait for the set was more than an hour, although the hall was incomplete in the evening.
We were in the middle of January. The room was cool, but we were kindly asked to turn on the heating. The waitress is a very nice and attentive girl. Food 2/5.
I don't usually write reviews. Neither bad nor good. But here we were very disappointed, I couldn't resist. Okay, we waited 2 hours for the delivery. (They promised an hour. We got into the situation and didn't object.) And in the end, I'm just shocked by the quality, especially for the money that was paid. In the Toyama maki roll, in which there are no fish, fish bones were caught, Unagi Onigara Maki- fish bones again. In almost every piece of the roll. It's impossible to eat because of these bones. This is the first time I've seen this. This was clearly not worth the money.
