During the downpour, the staff arrogantly locked the doors with a key so that people would not enter and could not take shelter from the rain. They hung a sign supposedly "not working for technical reasons" and turned off the lights. It's a disgrace.

There is a huge selection of glasses in this store. I was looking for sunglasses with a size slightly larger than the standard ones. And only this store had at least some choice, unlike the others. The price range is from cheap to expensive. All models are original, which is very important. The female consultant helped very well with the choice.

The high level of service and the individual approach that this store is talking about was not from the word at all. The consultants didn't really care about the client. When asked to show exactly where to find glasses for a man, it was said, "here's the whole room, look." To rush with discontent and say that before closing 5 minutes, when I was already standing at the checkout and choosing the size of two products, clearly does not characterize this store as a high-service store. There is no desire to buy anything there again.

It's just awful. We went into the store and paid zero attention to us. Of the two female consultants, only one said hello, but even then on the second attempt. They went about their business. We just walked around, looked at it ourselves, tried on the glasses ourselves and found a way out ourselves.
What kind of friendly sellers we are talking about is a mystery to me.
It is definitely worth looking for a more customer-oriented place.
