Yesterday, 03/02/2024, I visited this store in Momo.I wanted to buy my favorite shampoos, balms and paint .But I was just shocked by the rudeness of the seller.It's in her best interest to sell, my arm hurt, I asked for help finding paint in the catalog.But after her answer, I said not to bother myself, I went to another store and bought it. By the way, this girl is always so aggressive.The second seller, unfortunately, was not her shift, very polite, and will help and prompt .

I come to the cashier and give a piece of paper with the paint number. After looking at the window, the saleswoman replied "that such paint is not available."
I asked "is there any paint like this?" to which question she replied "no," although there are many paints from other companies in the window and the same color is available.
I had to take a book with a palette of colors and inspect the assortment available in the window.
Thank God I found this paint myself. During this time, the search takes 20-30 minutes. The girl was not interested in what I was looking for, and also when I asked what was the difference between lotion and paint, she did not really answer and did not give a normal consultation.
I don't understand why she dislikes customers. There is no consultation and no interest in raising revenue. Your business also depends on it.
I am very dissatisfied with the attitude of the employees towards the client.

How unpleasant is the sales girl in communication!!! Almost everyone is ALWAYS rude! After her rudeness, people turn around and suffocate - without buying what they wanted - just because of her lack of professionalism!!!!! I don't even want to go in there! Disgusting attitude!!!!!

The seller's attitude towards the buyer is in the "best" traditions of the Soviet Union, such as "what is needed?" with a dissatisfied look. It's very unpleasant.
