A three-star hotel justifies itself. Clean enough, neat enough. The staff is polite, calm, friendly. Everything that is presented in the relam is there. The breakfasts are modest, the choice is not very large:omelet, scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes, sliced sausage cheese, coffee, tea, juice, fruit drink, fried potatoes and chicken legs. The atmosphere is very calm, free parking. The territory of the hotel and the surrounding area is quite large. The location in the city center is very good, everything is close.

The room is clean, the linen is fresh, cleaned every day, in general everything is fine, but there is no kettle in the room or hot water in the cooler, only cold, there is an iron with ironing board, which is very good. The air conditioner in the room barely blows, it doesn't do any good, in other respects, as well as from the refrigerator.
Otherwise, everything is fine!
p . S. : if you want to eat in the room, take cutlery with you.

Everything seems to be fine, both the location and the service, but as always there are nuances:
The first surprise at the reception desk when receiving the key is its weight, at least 500 grams per throw. You will not carry such a key with you, you hand it over to the administrator when you leave. When returning, there was a joke with the receipt - in the photo on the key, it looks like the number 809, but in fact it is 608. And one receptionist girl put it in cell 809, and the second one searched for it for a long time in 608 and wondered if we had handed over the key.
The number gave the feeling of returning to the USSR
- parquet floor, air conditioning from the 80s, solid wood furniture.
The hotel does not know what cable TV is, the picture comes with a terrible noise. Of the Russian channels, only Russia and NTV. But there is the BBC and some German channel + a Ukrainian channel with its own "truth".
The hotel restaurant was not used, there are a lot of other places around where you can have a delicious meal
Another joke in the shower - why they put the shower mat behind the sink is not clear, you can only see it "sitting down to think." There is also a feeling that the water draining through the pipes can be heard from all the neighboring rooms.

It can be described for a long time, in one word, darkness. The planet has been closed for a long time. It got better after resuming work. Large hall. 4 elevators. The buffet room was moved to the 2nd floor - just a work of art. The breakfasts are rich and delicious. The rooms are small but clean. The Kondey is antediluvian, but it works. On the floor there is an iron with ironing board, cooler. The sound insulation is not very good, so I advise you to walk around the wonderful city more, so that you don't hear anything in the room later)))

They say it's okay, you can go down from the 8th to the first floor and leave the groceries at the reception. There is no kettle, there is a cooler with warm water at the end of the corridor. In short, it's better to see another hotel. The recommendation is as follows. Maybe it was cool in the 80s, now it sucks. However, there is Parking. There is a store nearby.

The room stock certainly needs to be updated - it's time to change the locks to electronic ones (the keys are wildly heavy), somewhere the doors to the bathroom do not close normally, cleaning is not always thorough.
