In October, 23, I went to Georgia with this company on a group tour. In the company's office, when talking about the tour, excursions and living conditions, according to the company's employees, everything was beautiful and wonderful. But it's all in words. In reality, this is not the case at all. I will not describe my case – the Minsk court gave its legal assessment. Its results – the Olirti company pays the tourist the cost of paying for the tour + interest on unpaid money + moral damage. In addition, the company pays a significant amount to the Public Organization of the Consumer Society, as well as a significant fine to the local budget. Now the writ of execution is being sent to the bailiffs. That's what happened
. P.S. If you are going to cooperate with this company in the future, you must clearly understand that
- the words they said in their office are very different from the expected reality
- when you are sent to another country, understand that a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT company will serve you there, which has NOTHING to do with the Olirti company and no one will listen to all your comments or claims. And of course you will not receive any help from Minsk
- upon arrival back, you will also be treated as a worked-out case (to slow down and delay everything as much as possible)
In general, if you want to take risks for your day, then you definitely go there
We went on a bus tour to Georgia. I really liked the tour itself, super hotels, excellent guides and an accompanying person who tried to solve any issues as quickly and humorously as possible. In general, we were mostly satisfied, but not without complaints.
The company would like to be more precise in terms of observing its own time frames, so that people do not have to wait for the bus for an hour, as well as more convenient buses, because in those on which we rode there were no footrests, no tables, no Wi-Fi, no coffee/tea/water + very there is little room even by the standards of girls, let alone men.
Bus tour "Love and Georgia No. 1
We chose a tour with Marina's manager, who told us in detail about all the programs and helped us choose the right tour. No problems or difficulties with the documents, everything is fast and without unnecessary trips to the travel agency, you can even arrange everything remotely and pick up all the documents on the bus, paying for everything through the erip.
It was my first long bus ride and of course there was excitement before the road, I did not want to lose the impression of a vacation on the way back. But our group was met and accompanied by Olga Zhavnerova, a professional employee, a wonderful person, a calm and responsible girl. It is thanks to such employees that a long bus ride goes unnoticed, absolutely all emerging issues were resolved, and there were not so many of them, there were no toilets on the bus, which was very confusing at first, but sanitary stops are organized every 3-4 hours at gas stations with good toilets and shops so that people can buy something for themselves on the road, and even when a stop was not required according to plan, the issue was always resolved without problems, even stopped to eat normally in roadside bistros. Plus, there are movies to watch, which will also brighten up your road. All information was brought to the group in a general chat, talked on the bus, then duplicated in the messenger, everything is clear and accessible, so there were no difficulties with the organization at all on our trip. Many thanks to the bus drivers Anatoly and Vladimir, with such drivers you can safely embark on such a long journey and not worry, they cope with their hard work 100%, great professionals in their field.
I would also like to say about transit hotels, the hotels are beautiful, the rooms are neat, the food is delicious, there are no questions with the check-in, since Olga, the accompanying person, takes care of the group beforehand, calls the hotel and all rooms are ready for arrival, there was no need to wait.
Upon arrival in Georgia, Olga Zheleznyak accompanies you, you can write or call for any questions, any representatives from the travel company, both from Belarus and on the territory of Georgia, will always be in touch with you.
I had a rest at the Nini apartment hotel in Kobuleti, a good hotel, spacious rooms with everything for a comfortable stay, air conditioning, refrigerator, excellent Wi-Fi, there is a small kitchen on each floor, there is a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. The incredibly hospitable hostess of the hotel Inga, we arrived at 11 a.m., breakfast is usually not provided, but Inga feeds breakfast to all her visitors. I took only breakfasts, without dinners, but if you suddenly want dinners, then they can be paid separately according to the number of dinners at check-out, the hospitable hostess will never refuse you this.
In Kobuleti, the sea is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, there is a large park with fountains, a market where you can buy everything for yourself and as a gift, a pedestrian street with shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance everywhere. There are much fewer people in Kobuleti than in Batumi, it is more suitable for a relaxing holiday on the beach, the beach is pebbly, but wide and not crowded, there was always enough space.
I would also like to say about the additional excursions offered by the company - "Prometheus Cave" and "Mountain Adjara". It is better to take them from a tour operator, and the price is adequate and safety is guaranteed, you will be picked up directly from the hotel and taken back to the hotel, since excursions take all day and return to the hotel about 22-23 hours. I definitely recommend taking these excursions, the beauty is incredible, such stunning corners of Georgia will be shown, the guide Lily tells a very interesting, understandable, cheerful and pleasant woman who immediately attracts herself. And believe me, there is really something to see in Georgia.
The return trip was brightened up by trips and excursions to Borjomi and Tbilisi, as well as visits to churches, fortresses and beautiful corners of Georgia. Again, the hotels are excellent, the Revaz guide will tell you the excursion program and answer any questions you may have.
I was very pleased with the trip, rest and organization of the trip, and thanks to such a team of professionals who accompanied us, we can safely go even on a trip around the world. Thank you very much! It was great!
09.08.23 we went on the "love and Georgia" tour. We were extremely dissatisfied with the organization of the tour. It took 4 people to get to Batumi from Minsk!! by buses!
The heating did not work on the first bus from Minsk to Mogilev, and since it was earlier in the morning (4.30 am), people were shaking from the cold and sitting in blankets.
The second bus was from Mogilev, new, but as uncomfortable as possible, no footrests, no stands, wooden seats, we took this bus to Vladikavkaz.
In Vladikavkaz, we sat on the bus for about five or six hours and waited for the bus from Georgia.
Having reached Kobuleti, the head Irina decided that she would start collecting people for the return flight first, and then deliver the vacationers! The bus passengers were outraged, but Irina was doing her job, she didn't care about our opinion. A minibus took us from Kobuleti to Batumi.
I asked Irina if there is always a trip to the tour on several buses, she replied that no, it is always on one bus the whole way. She also pointed out that the management sits in the offices and generally does not navigate within the time frame.
We were at the Lord Hotel, the hotel is good, although the breakfasts are always the same.
They did not take excursions by bus, as it was cheaper to get there by themselves.
The day of departure home. At 12.15 we checked out of the hotel, a bus arrived for us, on which we had to get to the border, in Kobuleti we found out that we did not have a group leader, we were going by ourselves. On the way, 2 hours after departure, it turned out that the child had forgotten his passport at the hotel and we spent 2 hours not understanding where while the minibus was carrying the passport. This decision was made by the head of a group of children like Svetlana, without asking the opinion of the other 43 passengers, everyone was extremely unhappy, I believe that this Svetlana is also connected with the travel agency.
Then we crossed the border and boarded another bus, a Belarusian one, the one we took from Minsk to Mogilev, with a broken air conditioner. The bus is old, 1999, but comfortable. At 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the air temperature rose and it became impossible to stay on the bus, people felt sick. That is, the air conditioner did not break down on the way, but arrived already with a broken one, the cabin temperature is high, but the travel agency apparently saved a decent amount on us by slipping an old bus.
Egor accompanied us across the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. At first it seemed that he seemed normal, but then it turned out that he was a boor, he was aggressive to the demands to replace the bus, asked how much we paid for the tour, hinting that we received the appropriate service for that cost, but we were promised a comfortable bus, in fact nothing like that. In general, Egor argued with the passengers, and also claimed that he was in such a situation like us, but we paid money for a high-quality service, and he is a representative of this sharashka and goes for free, this is his job.
The hotel in Rostov is in some industrial area, it was not possible to see the city because of the late arrival.
By the way, the hotel in Tbilisi, located at the railway station, is just in terrible condition, everything is dirty, the mattresses are terrible, there is no refrigerator.
The head Irina regularly accused the organizers of the poor organization of the tour.
Also, according to the program, we had a tour of Tbilisi on the first day in Georgia, and an excursion to Mtskheta the next day. The head of the group, Irina, considering only her interests, after 2 days of travel decides that she will make changes to the program and after a day of travel drags us to Mtskheta, we barely left, looked at everything, and after an hour and a half we have a tour of Tbilisi! This is bullying and disregard for people, of course we did not go on this tour, like most of the passengers, because we had no strength at all. After all, Irina had to get somewhere in time for the next group, so she can save money on us.
Plus, she told the guide to make the tour as short as possible, because we were tired! That is, she herself changed the tour programs for us, cut down on a full-fledged tour and also pretended to be so understanding, it was sickening to watch.
We were driven everywhere.
Irina also said that after crossing the border, we will partially exchange the currency for Georgian and buy SIM cards. In fact, no one canceled the currency, there was nowhere to buy SIM cards due to the fact that everything was already closed, because we were dragged on an unplanned excursion to Mtskheta at that time.
I will only mention the bus drivers, they did a great job, thanks to them!
Naturally, the tour service was provided poorly, for which they took 250 rubles is unclear.
They save on customers, managers only drive beautifully by the ears, in fact, all lies, routes and the program are adjusted only to their needs, the management does not care at all about all problems on the road and in general on people, they only give money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to contact this charade, they do not even publish truthful reviews.
Hello! I promised to write a review. Only now have I got my hands on it. I went on a bus tour to Georgia in August. Thank you, everything was great! The buses are good, the drivers and guides are professionals, the hotels in transit are normal, the hotel at the resort is decent ("Prestige" in Batumi), relatively new, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is Russian–speaking, polite, nothing crumbles in their hands, any requests are fulfilled almost instantly, the breakfasts are quite decent, we definitely were not hungry. An additional outlet was needed, and within an hour the maid brought a splitter. I was late for one of the excursions, we waited. The excursions are intense, a lot of things were running and in a hurry, but interesting and informative! Georgia is a very beautiful and original country with wonderful people. I will definitely come back again.
I would like to thank the host country in Georgia separately. Our Olya is a professional, which are few! A smart girl, a beauty and just a friendly, good person who did everything so that we felt not like tourists, but guests. There are no tourists in Georgia at all, only guests.
Thanks again, Planet Travel, for a great stay. The sea, the sun, the mountains, a lot of beauty, impressions and good people. I think that next summer I will also go with you. I would like to see Azerbaijan in the same way.
We went on a tour to Georgia with Denis accompanying us. Disgusting organization, the escort was actually traveling with us as a passenger, did not give any information, we will agree with the np hotels, on the way back there was a feeling that he was drunk. As a result, the hotel was not warned that we would arrive, we waited for the room, and he did not even get in touch for 40 minutes. On the way back, the whole bus asked to make a sanitary stop, stopped a little 40 minutes after the requests, drove for a total of 5 hours without sanitary stops, drove 4 gas stations, stopped in some bushes. They didn't turn on any movies, he said he didn't have any. In short, this is not an organization, the whole bus is not happy, I do not recommend going anywhere with them. Spoiled vacation
Hello, I would like to leave an opinion about the bus tour to Georgia 07.2023
Personal assessment of the services of the travel agency "Planet Travel": 3/10. The company also does not specifically publish negative reviews both on its website and on the website Holiday.by
Denis, the escort, proved himself incompetent, could not demonstrate any knowledge in the field of Georgian culture, never commented or told anything about local attractions, and from what he tried to tell, everything turned out to be wrong (as it turned out later from a local guide). As an escort, he has established himself as a boor. I used alcohol on the road.
On the organization of the move: the bus is comfortable and I would like to express my gratitude to the drivers Anatoly and Vladimir, they are professionals in their field.
The escort should have listened to their opinion more.
However, the travel agency should think about how to separate tourist buses to Kobuleti and Batumi, since it is unpleasant and uncomfortable for tourists from Batumi to pick up people from 3 hotels in Kobuleti after 3 days on the road.
Panorama Hotel in Batumi is beautifully located, a 10-minute walk to the sea. However, be prepared that the room will be cleaned at best 1 time in 8 days!
The request to remove the room at least 2 times was ignored. You have to change towels in the rooms and take out the garbage yourself, because according to the staff at the hotel "self-service".
Even on the bus, representatives of the travel agency will begin to offer to visit excursions, arguing that it will be cheaper this way. However, upon arrival, it turns out that it is cheaper to go on your own. This is especially true for Borjomi, if 2-4 people go by taxi, and not by transfer organized by a travel agency, it turns out cheaper.
The excursion "Mountainous Adjara" is interesting, but it is not worth the money ($ 25 per person), as well as dinner is included in the program for an additional fee IF DESIRED, but on the way it turns out that NOT the desire is almost not taken into account.
Guides Yuri, Irakli, Revaz are real professionals in their field! Thank them very much.
Pirosmani Hotel 11/10. Wonderful hosts, great rooms, real hospitality. I want to keep coming back to them.
I was very upset by the hotel in Tbilisi. The dirty room and the boorish behavior of the kitchen staff, who, in response to a remark about the lack of food on the buffet, accused tourists of stealing food from the tables!
Georgia is a wonderful country, it is worth a visit, but we advise you to contact another travel agency.
Good afternoon!
I went on the tour "Love and Georgia with Borjomi" (the sea was in Batumi) in September. And today, when it's cloudy, cold and sad outside, I decided to flip through the photos of incredibly bright Georgia again. There are a lot of unforgettable impressions from the voyage, starting from a rather non-standard route scheme and the indescribable beauties I saw, ending with the wonderful people I met there, and we still keep in touch. It just can't be otherwise in Georgia. Georgia is an incredible country that you fall in love with at first sight and definitely want to come back more than once and definitely with Planet Travel.
So according to the points:
1. The management of the company takes care of tourists throughout the journey, to the point that Irina and Marina (charming friendly leaders from the Belarusian side) and incredibly charming, friendly, caring Olga (head of the host side) personally accompany and meet buses with tourists, worrying for everyone as for their own child. The girls think through and organize every moment of the journey perfectly. And even if there were some inconsistencies and not very pleasant moments, then all these issues were resolved in an instant. It's just that the most unpleasant thing was that we were unlucky with the weather at sea. But nature doesn't have bad weather))) And Olga tried in every possible way to brighten up this not entirely joyful moment, explaining that Batumi is a very interesting city and in not very good weather, you need to explore it.
2. Next, I would like to note an unusual tour scheme. Usually on such tours, and I have a lot of travel experience, everything starts with excursions and ends with the sea, which is not always good. I want to say hello to the sea first, relax and sunbathe, and then run with renewed vigor through the mountains-through the valleys. This time it was completely different. At first we had a rest (a lot of delicious things were eaten and drunk, danced and seen), we even managed to get a tan, given the not entirely favorable weather, and then we "ran" to explore the incredible beauty of Georgia and try Borjomi water. These views, mountains, waterfalls, caves, temples – it's indescribable!!!
3. I can't ignore buses, drivers, guides and escorts during the tour. All drivers are real professionals. The buses are comfortable. On the way to Georgia, the bus was generally a delight! Back is simpler, but quite tolerable. The attendants are also, with few exceptions, very pleasant, caring professionals. The guides are all smiling, interesting, highly intelligent people who know and love their profession and the country in which they live.
4. As for the level of service and comfort in hotels in transit and in Batumi, yes, of course, it can be better, but it can be much worse.
Sincere thanks to all the staff of Planet Travel for organizing the tour and professionalism. Georgia is beautiful, and I want to return to it more than once. I recommend you to all my friends, and I will contact you more than once!
