Irina is a terrible organization , she is not a competent specialist , she wanted to go to Georgia, it turned out they did not recruit people, I myself have to write to find out about the tour , they did not offer another tour , I attach the correspondence , I consider it right to change the management of incompetent tour operators who spoil the reputation , I will never contact this company again and I will not advise my friends
In October, 23, I went to Georgia with this company on a group tour. In the company's office, when talking about the tour, excursions and living conditions, according to the company's employees, everything was beautiful and wonderful. But it's all in words. In reality, this is not the case at all. I will not describe my case – the Minsk court gave its legal assessment. Its results – the Olirti company pays the tourist the cost of paying for the tour + interest on unpaid money + moral damage. In addition, the company pays a significant amount to the Public Organization of the Consumer Society, as well as a significant fine to the local budget. Now the writ of execution is being sent to the bailiffs. That's what happened
. P.S. If you are going to cooperate with this company in the future, you must clearly understand that
- the words they said in their office are very different from the expected reality
- when you are sent to another country, understand that a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT company will serve you there, which has NOTHING to do with the Olirti company and no one will listen to all your comments or claims. And of course you will not receive any help from Minsk
- upon arrival back, you will also be treated as a worked-out case (to slow down and delay everything as much as possible)
In general, if you want to take risks for your day, then you definitely go there
We went on a bus tour to Georgia. I really liked the tour itself, super hotels, excellent guides and an accompanying person who tried to solve any issues as quickly and humorously as possible. In general, we were mostly satisfied, but not without complaints.
The company would like to be more precise in terms of observing its own time frames, so that people do not have to wait for the bus for an hour, as well as more convenient buses, because in those on which we rode there were no footrests, no tables, no Wi-Fi, no coffee/tea/water + very there is little room even by the standards of girls, let alone men.
