A very cozy European-looking cafe with a breakfast menu: minimen, toasts, burgers, scrambled eggs. We ordered the largest breakfast for 400-500 lire and it was very tasty, varied and generally enough for two, they cook right in front of you. The only thing is, the girl spoke English poorly and the menu was only in Turkish, but there was no problem with an interpreter.
