I visited Plan B in Uralsk and I want to share my impressions! The establishment is located on Nazarbayev Avenue, it is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., which is very convenient for different visits.
The first thing that catches your eye is the atmosphere of the place. Despite the small size of the summer veranda, a cozy atmosphere has been created inside the establishment, where it is pleasant to spend time. The staff works quickly and professionally, which is important for fast food establishments.
I tried some burgers – they were really delicious! It is clear that the ingredients are of high quality, and the dishes are prepared with a soul. I was pleased with the availability of delivery and the opportunity to take food with you or order a takeaway coffee. Card payment also works smoothly.
One of the features is that the institution is partially accessible to visitors in wheelchairs, which indicates a well–thought-out social responsibility.
The prices, of course, are slightly higher than the average in the city, but they are fully justified by the quality of the dishes and the level of service. The creative approach to submitting and processing orders is also commendable.
Overall, Plan B is a great place to have a quick and delicious snack in a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates high-quality fast food and good service.

The service is at a high level, very clean, really different from what is usual in our city. The staff is incredibly friendly and a great plus is the loyalty program. I want to mark the guy and the girl at the checkout. One gave me and my friend sauces as a compliment, the girl was very unobtrusively intrigued in the loyalty program. Bunnies, crumbs and buttons in general. 🥺🥺🥺

Very tasty burgers. The juiciest burger I've ever seen is here. A bouquet of fresh vegetables with a juicy meat patty. I took the classic one, with the addition of mustard. The sea buckthorn tea was also very tasty.
