I've been to this place, it's cozy, the prices are affordable. The staff is attentive and polite. Good location, accessibility of vehicles, parking is available. A selection of dishes and drinks.

The music is loud, the guards are angry (they yelled at me because I couldn't hear them because the music was yelling...), in general, the contingent is so-so!
The dishes are not delicious, it is immediately clear that this institution positions itself more as a bar, and the kitchen there is just an additional option ...
In short... a place for louts who want to get drunk or for youngsters who need the kind of guy I wrote about above.
And for some reason, they constantly reject my review, they are afraid of the truth!

I really didn't like the disgruntled faces of the staff, especially the girl who does karaoke. When you go to ask for a song, you immediately get a judgmental look, and when you start singing, they laugh at all and start discussing with the bartender how we sing there, I think it's very disrespectful to the guests, even if people are fake, but this is karaoke, not a competition.
At 21.45 they shouted at us and almost pushed us out of the establishment, I understand that the bar is open until 22.00, but you can communicate politely, we paid a lot of money, but the attitude is 👎 + insects landed on the dishes.
I don't recommend it.

We had a rest with the company last weekend at the institution. Cool modern tracks, responsive waiters and of course delicious food (the restaurant really has the best cuisine in the city).
Before that, we rested at the institution several times in 2020 and the opinion remained the same.

Favorite place in Lugansk. In my opinion, it is one of the best in the city. Chic club music, a large selection of cocktails and shots, a varied menu, vigilant security. There is no dress code as such, but they are not allowed to wear anything. The contingent in the institution is decent. A separate compliment to the girl dancer ☺️

Были два раза, первое посещениеоставили головной убор, пришли на следующий день, спросили про оставленную вещь на что официант сказал что нечего не знает а смена полностью поменялась. Я попросила узнать у администрации на что мне сказали и они нечего не знают, в течении всего времения просила девушку узнать за нашу теперь уже потерянную вещь мне ответили что нечего не было и только когда мы собрались покинуть это заведение я спросила у молодого человека, он сказал что была одна очтавленая вещь и через минуту он мне её принёс. Вопрос к девушке официанту остался открыт! Официантов вам бы по приветливее! В крайнем случае научить разговаривать с гостями. В остальном все на высшем уровне!

Пришли отметить Новый год. Были в караоке зале. Из плюсов:
1. Официант прибегал быстро, приносил все тоже быстро.
2. Очень вкусная еда и неплохие алкогольные напитки.
3. Отличный диджей, музыка была не хуже, чем в других заведениях классом выше.
Теперь о минусах.
1. Очень долго ждали кальянщика и не было того вкуса, который хотели.
2. Хитрый официант, который перед закрытием не хотел донести нам коктейли, включенные в счёт. И он же не хотел нести нам сдачу. И сдачи там было чуть больше 100р, но ты обязан их принести, а люди уже сами решат, оставлять тебе чаевые или нет. А не говорить; "Что, 100 рублей принести?"
3. Плохо настроена работа караоке. Когда ты поёшь, тебя глушит музыка из соседнего зала, всего 2 микрофона.
Твердая троечка, есть куда расти.

Кухня отличная, ребята молодцы. Время ожидания минимальное! Из меню есть что выбрать! Wifi с хорошей скоростью, для Луганска это актуально, без мобильного интернета!

Ужасное отношение персонала(((зашли покушать около 4-5 часов. Зал был пустой,сели и минут через 5 подошёл официант и в очень грубой форме спросил бронировали или нет. Замечу в зале мы одни! Мы предложили пересесть за другой стол,но ехидно так нам сказали что все забронированы,мол идите в караоке.там мы сделали заказ и сразу подошёл очень неприятный охранник и очень грубо сказал что надо оплатить вход 200 р.))) Это с момента нашего входа прошло уже минут 25)))))я специально решила зайти позже что бы посмотреть как все кинулся в этот бар. До 19,30 ни одной живой души! Только три девочки ещё в караоке сели. А сейчас вопрос - неужели прям надо быть такими хамами персоналу? Ну пришли люди покушать в 16 часов вечера,предупредите вежливо что забронированы. И вам же сказали что мы покушаем быстро и уйдём.за это время можно было 3 раза перезаказать и покушать! А людей ноль. Но самое главное в этом во всем очень грубое,какое то хамское отношение.никогда отзывы не пишу,но тут не удержалась.

Отличный караоке 🎤 для Луганска. Качество аппаратуры конечно не фонтан ⛲, но девушка звукорежиссер делает очень приятный звук 🔉 на микрофоне
