I am very disappointed that I expected to get one during the tour, but in the end I got a completely different experience. I paid a lot of money to go where I wanted to go, and I was saddened by what I got in the end.
I contacted my guide, from whom I purchased the tour, and she was displeased with my dissatisfaction. She said that she had not said anywhere where I was being sent, and that the routes could change. She also stated that the money would not be refunded and that it was not her problem.
From this experience, I realized that everything needs to be recorded in order to have proof. I advise this company to train its employees in politeness and improve routes so that there are fewer visits to shops and temples. When I first came to Phuket, I was upset about the money and time spent.

Самая ужасная компания, организующая экскурсии на Пхукете. Если вы хотите испортить себе отдых, то вам несомненно сюда. Менеджер Дмитрий вежлив только до тех пор, пока не возьмёт с вас деньги. А дальше зона ответственности этой компании заканчивается. И начинается настоящий трэш. Они обговаривают время, в которое должны забрать из отеля и не приезжают. После чего Дмитрий по хамски заявляет, что клиент виноват сам, т.к. не вышел из отеля. Но всё это враньё и развод. Ни в коем случае не обращайтесь в эту компанию, если не хотите портить себе нервы и сталкиваться с русским быдлом, переехавщим на Пхукет и решившим делать деньги на соотечественниках нечестным путём. Есть множество других хороших экскурсионных компаний, где не придётся сталкиваться с быдлом.
