I share my impressions about the Georgian cuisine of Phali and Khinkali. I can confidently say that these are the best Khinkali in Astana. And believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I am an ardent fan of Georgian cuisine. I've tried khinkali everywhere in search of a reference taste. So that the meat is with herbs and black allspice in a juicy broth. To bite into a thin dough and, closing his eyes with pleasure, drank a delicious broth. So that the Khinkali themselves jump into your mouth one by one. It's some kind of magic. I was also in the person of Georgian cousins, Darijani, stumari, Khachapuri of Aunt Mariko. Nowhere have I eaten such delicious khinkali as in Phali and Khinkali. I've given up on my diet and for the third time in a week I've ordered home delivery from them. For once, I would have come across something tasteless. They would have given my figure a chance. Now, once again, I've gorged on their viands and I'm not the least bit ashamed. It's not a pity to sweat on a charge for this. I advise everyone.

Phali khinkali is a great and beautiful restaurant. Cool in Maykop. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the staff, who are all nice and kind, it's nice to relax and chat. There is delivery, 👍you can order with you 👍 children's master classes, it's generally super. Children really like to attend master classes. I also want to mention the dishes, khachapuri in Adjarian, such as in phali khinkali you will not find anywhere. Khinkali is incomparable 🥰 I recommend this restaurant. A cozy place, delicious drinks (alcohol was not taken). The cuisine is not bad, but there are nuances: the dolma is very spicy, the salmon steak was saved only by the sauce, and it is so dry. Meat khinkali only with coriander (not everyone likes it). Good service, fast delivery.

THE FOOD - khinkali with beef was excellent, mushrooms with cheese are also difficult to spoil, but the rest: kharcho, khachapuri, dolma and even a simple vegetable salad did not make an impression. The main problem is bringing spices to taste, the cheese mixture in khachapuri leaves much to be desired. DRINKS - let's forgive the lack of bottled Georgian lemonades in the stop list, but the red Georgian wine and its producer were excellent, chacha and other drinks are available. 👍🏻 The SERVICE waiter had to be called - he did not come himself, but then the attentive attitude compensated for the sad beginning, the dish was not liked, the funny link to the payment by the Caspian Sea was appreciated 👎🏻 INTERIOR - the tables are shabby, apparently got from Del Papa, apparently it was too lazy to restore, nothing special and modest, alas, they did not find the atmosphere of Georgia LOCATION - convenient city center, located on the third floor of the Keruen shopping center, proximity to the pedestrian promenade is also a plus. But you need to find out about the restaurant, there is little advertising. The author's opinion may not coincide with the opinion of the restaurant administration and other visitors.

good service. the wine in the glasses is only homemade, the rest is in bottles. the hot dishes are medium in taste. khachapuri is tasteless in Megrelian - there are a lot of eggs in the dough, it chews poorly, there is very little cheese.
