When accepting the goods, I paid more attention to the condition of the products for defects than to the number of parts brought. The act was painted in detail and the number of details, but I had no idea what element was called. Moreover, I did not want to detain the loader. There were a lot of boxes, when opening which it was not very convenient for one to check the goods, the loader not only did not help me to print them, but also did not sharpen my attention so that I would just count all the boards by number, and there were a lot of them. He just stood on the sidelines and watched. I did not check the entire product completely according to the act, it was my mistake (I believe that this is not a fundamental mistake to swear with the client).
I had my own installer, a good professional, so I had to wait for him for a long time for 3 weeks. When he arrived to install the doors, he immediately found a shortage of four dobors. I called the sellers and asked them to solve this problem. To which they refused. They said that I signed the acceptance certificate, there can be no complaints against them and offered me to buy the accessories for 80 rubles.
After installation, I still have one box element and two platbands in the amount of 90 rubles. I tried to return the excess, to which they replied: they're just sellers, and it's kind of my fault that I didn't control the number of described and ordered parts in the contract. It turns out this way: a measurer came to your apartment, made an order, a contract, and he does not bear any responsibility for the correctness of the order. With that, I'll note it again! How can you check something that you don't even know anything about?... You just ordered the doors!
After a long showdown on the phone with the seller, he took the director's phone and tried to talk to him. Unfortunately, in this office, a complete disregard for the client is the case where the fish rots from the head.
