There are so few such establishments that have set the bar high from the very beginning and keep it. They do not exchange for consumer goods, do not roll down to the eatery, do not try to earn the last penny with cheap marketing. Always a pleasant atmosphere. Here you know for sure, you will get exactly the dish that you ordered before, the same quality as always for more than 15 years. There are no stupid 'updated' menus like in many other cafes.
