An institution where the owners still care. There is a lot to strive for in the kitchen, which they do, but the public space is used for all 200%: free events for children, days of interest for teenagers, there is even a club for fans of English.language!
Cozy, quick, tasty, harmful. There is no separate garbage collection. Everything is like in decent restaurants that are irresponsible to nature. 5 points.
