The place is great, but the manager is on Instagram, my respects. We always ordered via Instagram, there were never any questions, but now we ordered 3 boats, and delivered two. I attached the correspondence to the photo.
He teaches how to place orders, while it is their duty to clarify the correctness of the order if something is unclear somewhere.
They never apologized for the entire correspondence, but tried to blame us, which was extremely unprofessional on their part. Also come, as if we need it.
In the end, we also decided to "deprive" them, they say, we no longer accept only our orders. Very unprofessional.
They tried to adequately bring about some kind of solution to the situation, but the institution did not need it, they drew conclusions.
the place is not bad, but the customer orientation is at zero, think.

We were on vacation with our Father in the Grodno region. Friends advised me to try pizza at the pizzeria "PizzaSet" in Skidel. There are many places in Russia where pizza has been tried, but never so delicious. Additionally, we ordered cheese sides for pizza. This is something!!! The quality is excellent! The price is affordable! Yes, the place is not big. But there's plenty of room for a snack. If you pass by, BE SURE to stop by to try it. The friendly owners of the establishment, Valery and Tatiana!
