Absolute disregard of the client's wishes. Not the attentiveness of the staff. Another dish was served. When pointing out the discrepancy, they did not even apologize. There is no bathroom! The quality of the food is 9/10. The interior is pleasant.

The question to the manager is rude, there is no focus on customers, she scolded the staff for offering to sit on the street at will (there was such an opportunity), she just didn't want to, it was obviously a hard day or she takes out her negativity on visitors. Everything is fine, but this situation has ruined the mood for the whole day. Very sorry. Dear owner, please work through this moment, since the attitude towards the client is the main goal for the prosperity of your business, competitors do not sleep and those customers who, like me, have spoiled the mood will go to them.

Clean, cozy, there is Wi-fi. I ordered a Royal shawarma, a chicken roll, a pancake with banana and chocolate, a latte. It was cooked decently, the sizes of the dishes are larger than average - I even had the idea not to finish, but I couldn't stop and finished everything. The staff is friendly, polite, and tidy. I recommend it, for a snack on the road - that's the thing.
