The question to the manager is rude, there is no focus on customers, she scolded the staff for offering to sit on the street at will (there was such an opportunity), she just didn't want to, it was obviously a hard day or she takes out her negativity on visitors. Everything is fine, but this situation has ruined the mood for the whole day. Very sorry.
