Unfortunately, my experience with this printing house has left only disappointment. I ordered them to print booklets for an important event, and everything did not go as planned. First, the timing. They promised to do the job in 3 days, but they were delayed for a whole week. No one even bothered to warn about the delay – I had to call myself and clarify the status. Secondly, the quality. The colors on the finished products turned out to be completely different from what was agreed upon. The layout was rendered in perfect quality, but at the output the booklets looked faded, with blurred lines. The paper also turned out to be cheaper than the one we agreed on. And finally, the service. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, the staff began to shift the blame on me, saying, "you approved everything yourself." No attempt to remedy the situation, no offers of compensation, nothing. I do not recommend contacting this printing house if you value your time, money and nerves
