Today we were at Rafieva with my mother at lunch to sit for my birthday. The pancakes were very tasty, Mom enjoyed them, the cocktails were delicious. And at the end, a nice guy, the waiter, made me a little surprise and congratulated me) It was very touching and made my birthday even more wonderful! It is not a very pleasant place, stuffy, dirty in places, one waiter per hall and terrace, chairs on the terrace are attached, if you are a company of 6 people, you cannot move the chairs, no one meets you at the entrance! On Mayakovskaya, the same institution is much better!

There is a mini room for children, which is practically not available in any institution in Minsk, the garage used to be famous for this, but it stopped. It's hard to find a free table on weekend evenings. In the summer, the terrace was not completely clean. The contingent was not pleasant a couple of times, but it's not the cafe's fault.
