I came during working hours on 04/15/2022, namely at 22.40. They refused to serve me (during working hours), arguing that there were no cooks. I understand everything, but I believe that the institution is obliged to specify the exact working hours in which customers can be served, namely, if the restaurant is open until 23 o'clock, then the customer must be served even if he came at 22.59. Consumer rights in this case are on my side and this was a gross violation of them.

I constantly take pizza in this institution, because geographically I live in this area, everything is cool, although today I was upset, I stopped by to take chili and burger pizza and as it turned out, there was no meat in the burger pizza, in principle, from the word at all, or forgot, or scored, some vegetables and dough; chili generally turned out to be poor sauce and meat, but sesame was not spared, although I would not say from the hall that there was a landing, a rather calm flight; a calm hall, there were few people, apparently the ryabyata cooks decided not to strain themselves, it was a pity, unpleasant as it turned out...apparently, over time, any signs begin to deteriorate, let's see what happens next....
