We called in advance, booked a table, as we clarified what would happen to the child, the Administrator asked if he would arrange a table next to the play area, since we are visitors to this institution, we agreed without hesitation. But! When we came to the cafe, and we were invited to our "table" to say that we were SHOCKED, not to say anything…
Thus, the table turned out to be a corner in almost the most playful (children's) area. We had a play area on one hand and a staircase on the other, and these steps start right away... it was assumed that we had to sit with one foot in the play area and the other on the stairs for the staff.
When asked to transfer us, they refused us, saying that all the tables were occupied... I'll clarify! We booked in advance and by phone! Question to the management, would you like to sit at such a "table" yourself?!
Question to the Administrator, why didn't they immediately explain to us where the table would be located when booking?! Anyway, the Receptionist talked to us as if we had come to ask for money! The service is simply disgusting!
Bottom line - thank you for ruining the festive evening!!!
