I went in for the first time - I waited more than an hour for the pancakes to be made. I went in a second time - I waited for more than an hour for pancakes and potatoes (maybe they dug them up). I went in for the third time - they said right away that they would wait at least an hour for the order (thank you for at least that), since there are a lot of quenches for delivery. There was practically no one in the hall. The priorities are very strangely set, in my opinion.
There's a great burger joint nearby, it's better to go there to eat.

Maybe the cafe itself is good, but unfortunately our group of friends will not go there anymore. I was very disappointed with the behavior of bartenders or just employees (they didn't read on the badge). But the bottom line is that after arriving 10 minutes before closing time, they refused to serve us, referring to the fact that the coffee machine had already been washed and I (one of the guys) did not want to work for free (and we only ordered coffee). We hope that this will not happen to other visitors anymore

This is not the first time I have visited this institution, but this is the first time I have encountered this. I had to wait for a beef burger for more than 30 minutes with not even a 50% landing. The burger was brought cold, the cutlet was barely warmed up. When asked to sort out the situation, they returned the same burger in a heated state, because the vegetables were warmer than the cutlets. 0 out of 10. I will never come back here. It's a pity, because the service is excellent.

The long wait for the order is CONSTANT, dirty appliances, not all dishes displayed on the menu are prepared, not attentive staff (from the administrator to the waiter). One of the advantages is a comfortable hall, but not a terrace (it is impossible to sit on it during the sun). The kitchen itself is not bad, except for the constant overload of the kitchen and the preparation of only selected dishes from the menu.
