I am pleasantly surprised by the attention that is paid to each guest. The waiters constantly ask about the quality of the dishes, whether they liked everything and thus create a great atmosphere, always greet and say goodbye. The photos on the menu and the dishes in reality are radically different. We ordered draniki with salmon. You can look at the photo that you brought. The unfortunate 3 pieces... They made a remark to the waiter about the dish, the waiter called the administrator. The administrator said that the dish should be like this and they are not going to improve it (they say there is a technological map according to which there should be 20g of salmon). But visually, there's not even 20g there. In general, I strongly do not recommend draniki!

The waiters' service leaves much to be desired - the dishes were brought wet, they were not placed, the wine was not poured, they did not approach the table in the process, they had to contact the waiter themselves.

We came to celebrate the anniversary. At first everything was super, the food was brought quickly, everything was very tasty. Then they paid off. Initially, we planned to leave a good tip to a girl who at first glance was very nice and polite. However, we have heard more than one story about how the waiters in this institution intentionally do not carry change for a very long time, immediately writing it down as a tip. We decided to wait. As a result, the girl walked by, stood with other waiters, talked and looked askance at us, as if she was waiting for us to score and leave. I used to disappear from the hall for 10 minutes. As a result, after 35 minutes, they could not stand it and came up to demand change themselves. To which the girl said with surprise, "I thought you left it to me." By the way, we didn't see the change on the table. We do not feel sorry for these 5 rubles, but this is a question of adequacy, on what basis the waiters themselves decide how much and whether to tip them at all. I myself worked as a waitress in my youth, I understand how important tips are, but it's just outrageous to do this. We were extremely dissatisfied with the situation. And after more than received - it was a matter of principle already to take these 5 rubles.

Today, my sister and I ate at pizza tempo on the lunch menu. The second is pork with mashed potatoes, very poorly cooked, 4 pieces of tiny meat in sour lecho and mashed potatoes mixed. It is impossible to eat, the meat is tough and lecho is sour, and there is also an olivier salad...Olivier is bitter...They complained, the administrator apologized, paid in full and left with an unpleasant aftertaste.

As a result, we came to the place where they give out pizza. There, the girl said that they only have delivery or pickup, or you can order from the terminal yourself. But the terminal was similar to the one in which the staff usually works, so we did not dare to press something in it. As a result, disappointed, they just went to eat somewhere else. The maps have a very diverse and colorful menu, but we didn't manage to come and just eat here. Maybe this requires some special communication skills or knowledge of the terminal for the staff?
