The service is terrible. At first, we waited a long time for the order to be accepted. Then they carried food for a long time. Some dishes had to be reminded and hurried. One of our desserts was taken to another table first. Then to us. The second dessert was never served. When the waiter was reminded about him, she looked at us in surprise. We asked for a deduction from the bill, as we were not ready to wait for him for another half hour.
Terrible service. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to come up to us, despite the fact that they had an empty hall. We stood and chatted….It's a disgusting impression.
I want to express my gratitude to the waitress Alexandra , we were there with a friend a couple of days ago, she always came up with a smile and there was nothing like in many cafes that you sit and look for your waiter, brought all the dishes on time ☺️ more such staff 🙂

So. A company of 7 people came, said that there were no free tables for such a number of people, while it was clear that there were free places and there were no reservation signs on them. Good. We waited, then came up again, they finally put us down. But additionally, the administrator brought a chair with a broken back, a friend almost fell back.
The food arrived generally quickly and seemed tolerable, but there is a catch. I ordered a cheesecake and it didn't come to me. When I told the waitress about it, she started arguing with me, saying that I didn't order it. I understand if the situation was reversed, someone ordered something, and then started saying they didn't order it. Here you can still calmly treat the dispute. But no. But what about the credo of the service sector, is the customer always right? Especially when other people from the company confirm my correctness. Great, very tasty, thank you.
Finally, the cheesecake arrived, and... By taste and appearance, it turned out to be a well-laid casserole. It feels like it was really not a fresh product.
Also, when a girl from the company asked to remove an empty plate, the waitress said "Right now" and just left. It was removed only 10 minutes later.
Yes, it was possible to make a discount that there were a lot of people in the hall. But there is a simple disrespect for the guests. By the way, in other establishments of the network, the service was always at a good level, I wanted to thank the waiter verbally and financially.
We went to dinner in the evening. Neither the hostess, the administrator, nor anyone else met at the entrance. The employees of the hall just passed by, looked away, pretending not to notice us. The service clearly leaves much to be desired. Such passive behavior has already been encountered here before. Because of this attitude of the staff to the guests, any desire to come to this institution again disappears.
Their kitchen seems dirty, I asked the waiter twice to change the glasses because they smelled like fish.

In the morning we came for breakfast, the pizza Carousel still didn't go anywhere for the child, the scramble wasn't very good at all from the whole order, only the avocado was fresh, plus it was very cold in the room, the air conditioner was beating so that you couldn't stay inside for more than 20 minutes....

Salad with avocado and red fish is now without avocado. And no one warned about it. Empty, a handful of food smeared on a plate, for almost 15p. Disappointment. Tempo Pizza at Dana Mall. I don't know what happened tonight, but all the dishes that were brought were with "joints".
It would seem that if the parents noticed that the fermented morse was brought to the child, well, be more attentive to other dishes ..... Soups it was clear that one portion was divided into 2 dishes...The French fries in 2 children's dishes were not fresh (rubber, cold, hard), the children ate, because they were hungry.
Of course, you do not want to swear and express dissatisfaction with each dish, calling the waiter.
Please pay attention to the work of the cook and waiters.
