I go to Pizza Tempo in the Gallery quite often, especially after shopping in the shopping center or while walking around the city center.
The quality of service has improved recently - the waiters are polite, kind and very positive! Create the right atmosphere in the establishment and the mood for the rest of the day!
Among the menu items, I can single out pizza "Romeo" and "Super Meat". They are very tasty and satisfying. From the main menu dishes, I often order beef cheeks with mashed potatoes, chicken fillet with gnocchi and rustic pancakes. No matter how much I ordered, it was always delicious and juicy, the price corresponds to the quality and volume of the dishes.
Very tasty homemade teas, especially with black currants. Lemonades for an amateur are a bit sweet.

The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the service was fast and friendly.
The pizzeria's menu offers a wide selection of pizzas with a variety of fillings, which are prepared from fresh and high-quality ingredients. We ordered several different types of pizza, and they were all very tasty and juicy. We especially liked the pizza Margarita and Pepperoni.
In addition, the pizzeria has a selection of drinks and snacks that perfectly complement the order. We also appreciated the presence of a children's corner, which made our visit even more comfortable.
The prices at Pizza Tempo are affordable and correspond to the quality of the dishes offered. We will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious pizza and a pleasant atmosphere! :)

We often visit Tempo Pizza in the BONUS shopping center, where a very pleasant administrator Daria meets with a pleasant team of waiters, if the waiters are suddenly all busy, then administrator Daria will always help you quickly make a choice, which is always delicious and quickly prepared. It was the first time I was in an institution with a friend. It's just a miracle! Everything is clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is at the highest level — the waiters are positive and polite. The food turned out to be very tasty! We took a bigger "Bavarian" pizza and with a lot of cheese, the size is average. We were satisfied.

As for the food, it's delicious, beautiful, simple. The pizzas here are good, the pasta and pancakes are not bad. However, there was an unpleasant aftertaste in the form of a waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember the name. The girl with glasses speaks VERY quietly, I understand that the end of the shift, the staff is tired, but even when the visitor asks the same question 2 times, I think it is clear that you are inaudible (while music is also playing in the hall)... The girl is as unfriendly as possible, greeted quietly, threw the menu on the table and left :) in most visits, everything was well served, all the waiters are friendly!

Met with a dazzling smile, wonderful, very pleasant girl administrator Daria! She paid us maximum attention, as all the waiters were busy at that time. She recommended a great selection of dishes, drinks, and desserts from a varied menu … Everything was cooked quickly and very tasty. The service is polite, with smiles and jokes. Rotating the tray on the waiter's finger is a separate show! Bottom line: great place, super staff, delicious cuisine! Keep it up ! A lot of positive emotions for the evening! Thanks guys! You are the best! P.S. Sleepy waiters with sour faces walk in many "cool" establishments of the capital! They need to be brought to you for re-education!

We ordered a cream soup of champignons with blue cheese and gratin with chicken and mushrooms. The cream soup was just mediocre and the cubes with cheese were 3 times less than in the picture. But the real shock was gratin, which was flavored with a huge amount of cheap cheese mayonnaise, which gave an unpleasant chemical and acetic taste to the dish, although a creamy sauce was declared in the composition. If you are watching calories, are allergic to some foods, or just want to get a dish with the declared ingredients, I strongly recommend avoiding the Tempo network. The last time I ordered this dish in another restaurant of the chain, instead of chicken thighs, they put a store-bought chicken roll. I.e., in the Tempo network, it is apparently customary to cook dishes not according to the recipe, but from what comes to hand or what is left in the kitchen. You have 6 cubes of cheese with blue mold in the picture, so please put 6, not 2. You have specified a creamy sauce, so do not slip cheap cheese mayonnaise instead. By the way, boiled fried potatoes in gratin were also just boiled, it wasn't critical for me, but nevertheless.

Yesterday we visited the "restaurant" in the Gallery shopping center. There is such a table right next to the exit doors to the terrace. I don't understand why he's standing there and why put the guests there when the other tables are not occupied? It was evening, it was cold, everyone poked at the back of the chair as they passed and slapped the door, letting in a stream of cold air. They decided to move to another table, which was dirty. The waiter was warned, but he didn't even bother to remove it! The beer glass was dirty, there were fingerprints and lips all over the edge of the glass! I brought this glass to the bar, the girls offered to pour the beer into another glass (((. I thought they would have done it, but I came myself to check that they would pour another beer into another glass. As I was leaving, I heard the words of the girl at the bar in the direction of our waiter, "beer on your account." A lot of questions: do they not see what they are pouring into?; does the waiter not see what he is carrying? ; is it OK, no one even apologized!!!? The cheese sticks were barely warm, and some kind of separate liquid was separated from the sauce to them. Romeo's pizza with extra cheese was very tasty! We ate, but the deposit for the service remained.

Pizzeria and more. You can choose any dish here. But since the establishment positions itself as a pizzeria, a few words about the pizza itself. Thin dough, not overloaded with ingredients. The staff turned off the background music and stared at our table for an hour before closing, saying when we would leave. In this regard, there was an unpleasant aftertaste from the visit.

On August 4, 2024, we ordered two soups-mashed mushrooms with blue cheese and pancakes with ham and baked cheese to take away from the restaurant on Gromov. It was just terrible! It got worse at the soup stage. It's heavy, with lumps and generally looks like porridge. Pancakes are a separate topic: it is impossible to eat the sauce with which they were poured, the pancakes themselves are sweet, there is almost no filling. It's good that we just tried them and threw them away. The soup made itself felt all evening and night in various ways. The worst investment is 35 rubles. Also, pills were bought for about the same amount. I don't recommend it.

It is a very "comfortable stay" when you wait 45 minutes (!) for your order from the lunch menu, because the waiter is not able to hear either from the 1st time or from the 2nd, and an icy wind blows in your face and from all sides.
