I love your pizza and constantly order only here, as I am satisfied with the consistency of price, quality, and punctuality. Today I ordered pizza in the same way, because I wanted to have a quick lunch. Taking into account the program, according to which, in case of non-delivery within 45 minutes, pizza is free, the deliverers are extremely rarely late and until today they always gave me my order, according to the conditions. I am not a prude, but when the courier calls me at the 45th minute, warning me that he is already close, jumps out of the car at the 47th minute with an already closed delivery document, at the 49th minute offers me to pay for the order in full, because "Understand, I did not have time there, yes, but it's with then they calculate us." As a result, I have a cold order for the full price tag and a spoiled attitude to the organization of delivery.

There are no questions about pizza - it is very tasty. Questions to the managers, so many times I have already seen couriers running out of the car, running through the mud, through the grass... to deliver pizza on time. I understand everything, but if you have made such delivery conditions, then hire more couriers. It does not depend on them whether they will fall for all the red traffic lights, from which floor the elevator goes and dissatisfied customers who will scold the courier for, for example, a small amount of cheese. Have respect for your employees!

I love "spicy chili", I love spicy food, but just now my eyes almost popped out of my head and my mouth didn't dry out.
It was as if before there was only hot sauce and jalapeno, and now they also poured pepper powder on top. It wasn't so sharp before, I've been ordering it for really many YEARS. I couldn't eat more than two pieces. Spare the body, remove this sprinkle ... spicy does not mean murderous

We bought pizza on Bratskaya 6, sat down to eat and the child was smeared with pizza, three napkins were not enough, when I went to the service area and asked for a couple of napkins, they refused me, they said that they were not lying. Thanks to the passerby who heard this and gave me his pizza solfettes. One napkin was enough for us to wipe the child's face. I returned the remaining napkins to the window. I offered them to give tama to anyone who might be in my situation. And in the end, I argued for a delicious pizza. If you have problems with napkins, please answer, next time I will come with piles.

A courier came who knocked on the wrong apartment, called the operator, I opened the door, made me guilty (for not finding the apartment number, although I have it), started swearing that he was missing the order, to my question "why didn't they call", matami also replied that "he is not a millionaire and has a phone he doesn't have it, just the Internet." He made a claim that he also needed to look for change (although on the website I indicated the amount from which to give change). It's a great pizza, but it's worth choosing the delivery better…

We recently discovered "pizza Lisitsa", previously ordered in other deliveries, but when we tried pizza here, everything changed! We have already tried all the menus, we give our preference to: "Bavarian", "beef tastie", "French chicken" and "chicken crush".

They brought a hot one, but when trying it, we were confused by the taste of pepperoni sausages, we thought that we just changed the sausage itself to another and this did not taste the same. I'm just in shock today. There are no words. I ordered a pizza. I waited for more than one hour and 40 minutes, I didn't even wait for a call about the delay so that I could at least understand what to do, I went to the store, since the pizza was a failure, the courier called and, as if nothing had happened, "I'll be there in 5 minutes" I really wanted to say yes, whatever I need you in 5 minutes. I called for a good 20 minutes. After that, the manager called and asked about the situation. No apologies really, no suggestion to solve the issue somehow) the only thing she asked about was whether to add this particular courier to the block at my address)) I said yes, but of course that was the last time I ordered anything from there. I didn't need a cold pizza after 2 hours, just like the free one. I wanted a warm pizza that I was willing to pay for. I used to be a regular customer, this is the second time this situation has happened. The first one - well, you never know, it doesn't happen to anyone, but there was no such time difference. The service is terrible, the filling can't say anything bad - it's delicious, the dough is regularly burnt, so I always specified "not burnt" in the order. I'm very disappointed, and most importantly, the evening is ruined. I do not advise if you want to arrange a surprise or order for children who are waiting.
