The kids liked pizza. Ordered pizza fox 3 pcs. for the birthday of the child in the children's center. The courier allegedly brought the order and is waiting. Referring to the 5-minute time limit, the courier announced that he was leaving. We asked the courier to wait at least 30 more seconds because the employee of the children's center was on the way, but they were not successful.
Later, the administrator contacted us, who in fact does not solve anything, but only refers to the company's regulations and offered to deliver pizza in 40 minutes.
When ordering, it was indicated that delivery to the children's center.
Next time we will definitely focus on another company.
Delivery organizers need to work on their reinforced concrete regulations.
