The phone number of the pick-up point is indicated on the site ... I have not heard a more boorish answer from someone I do not understand yet… The website says that the part is in stock, but I was told that it was not there, but okay, that's half the trouble… I asked, what about the order? To which the answer was: "well, it's on order and you have to wait for it and if the item doesn't fit, then the money won't be refunded." I was just taken aback by such a service and said that I had never met a more "wonderful manager. To which I was informed that you were calling the pick-up point, and not the manager, saying that you don't see what is written on the site?... A well-deserved customer service star!

I placed three orders on the website for the delivery of spark plugs with an interval of a day. As a result, the order was consistently canceled without explanation. After contacting a specialist, he insisted on creating another order for the same product and canceled it an hour later, coming up with another reason. As a result, I ordered it on ARMTEK, they brought it as promised the next morning, even if it was 10 rubles more expensive.
The attitude towards customers is indifference, the waiting time is endless, the quality of work is simply not appreciated.
