I call the phone of this organization, where it is indicated that you can contact it, if you have any suggestions for improving the quality of service, I ask by phone "hello, how many masters work for you, then one is busy with another car, and the other is engaged in unclear what" they answer me " the master has the right to leave for 5-10 minutes on personal questions", I'm waiting, the master who bought it went on about his business, 10 minutes have passed, I go up to him and say, "take care of the car", reluctantly took care of the side cut and puncture on the wheel, says I will repair it for 2 hours, leave the number, I say OK, write down the number he answers me rudely "write it yourself", he did not put the spare tire on me, he put it on himself, he did not take the car off the jack, he also did everything himself. They left a complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, the cashier turned out to be rude, raised her voice,. I want to write that the staff does not work professionally, is rude, yes, there are normal craftsmen, the equipment is not bad, but the attitude towards the client is disrespectful and irresponsible.
