Due to problems at the border, we arrived at the hotel by 6 a.m. (we had previously informed about this by phone). We were warmly welcomed with a reminder that it is necessary to vacate the room by 12 o'clock. If the payment for the stay had not been charged immediately at the time of booking, then I think we would not have been settled at all.
Breakfast time was announced for us from 7 to 12. We slept for several hours, went down to breakfast at 11:30, but it was refused, because breakfast is only until 10 o'clock. But they offered a paid lunch. Maybe the problem is the language barrier, but no one has canceled pencil, paper and Arabic numerals yet.
Well, they would have offered us at least a cup of coffee and we would never have remembered the icy politeness, the gray towels, the antique plumbing, the "lock" in the door, the noisy highway outside the window.
